Hey Dads,
I bought this small microwave a couple of months ago, and I think that this is the best small microwave for our kitchen. We don't use a microwave that often unless we are melting butter, heating up a bag of popcorn or using one of those steam in bag vegetable packs.
Since we don't use a microwave that often, that is why I bought the smaller version of this Black and Decker microwave. Black & Decker does make a .9 cubic foot version of this, and you might want to get the larger microwave if you use your microwave more often or if you have larger plates.
One thing that I wish this microwave would have would be a longer cord to plug in the microwave because I noticed that the cord is stretched to it's max to reach the outlet.

Thanks for the review. Do you know how to adjust the food-is-done beeper volume? That is the LOUDEST microwave I ever had. It sounds like a garbage truck backing up. I can't seem to find out how to turn it down. Andy hints greatly appreciated.

Hello, would you be able to share measurements of your large dinner plates or the inner dimension of the microwave or of the revolving plate?

It’s a good one! We still have ours. That was my old camera, the focus was broken on it.
They don’t sell turntable or ring replacements other brands do. Other brands know their products last and love to save you money. By a replacement plate instead of trashing a working microwave and buy a brand new one. Just to replace the turntable.
Really? Did you try calling them? I would think that they should have a parts department. Especially a big company like that.
@@DadReviews yeah at first no one answered. Then I was told I could get a return call which never happened. So I called back and no one really knew what or who could help me find a turntable plate. I was recommended to buy a new appliance. I’m over it, I just want other ppl to save money if they can.

I'll never buy a microwave that I can NOT turn off the beeper. This microwave beeper SUCKS because of the beeper. I would rather listen to my mother-in-law talk...really that baaaaad!

Worthless wrt defrost. What do the numbers mean? You don't say anything.
You will need a community college course in order to use this P.O.S., nothing about it is easy. You must go around it's programing to do what you want and even then it won't always allow it. Push a button click, turn again click, back the other way click, just to start, really? One tutorial on youtube the guy demonstrating could not make it do many of the functions and just blew through it to the next thing like nobody would notice. Thank god I didn't through out my simple to use, dependable, 15 year old, GE microwave, I just love it. The new blk & dkr (a gift) is in the garbage can, tomorrow is trash day, yeah.
