However on the duelist he can help entry which is the whole point of a controller but he can’t entry frag himself. Like every other controller he can help the whole team get on site but he doesn’t have blinds, flashes, or a getaway card that will help him frag out. He also can’t get on site guaranteed without taking damage because he can’t blind or flash. But he would be a good sentinel. Blocking them from entrying site and slowing T side and forcing them to have a disadvantage from angles while pushing.
I dont think he's OP at all and I dont think he'll be viable as a solo controller. He is super weak on defense and cannot stall pushes. The only thing he's good for is retakes and probably on attack. I think he'll need considerable buffs to compete with Viper

However, the controller is supposed to control parts of the map as well as timing in game. All controllers in the game have mollies, slows, flashes (omen), multiple smokes to stop the attackers from pushing site. Harbor doesn’t have that.
How, he looks hardly too strong. His wall has huge util but no real effect when crossing (tht slow is insanely short) His Ball looks interesting, but abilities go through so it‘s easily countered.

No idea if someone commented this before, but based on what I’ve seen in other showcases, his Q ability seems to not be penetrable by bullets, but only for a certain amount of HP before it converts to a normal water smoke or disappears, but I could be wrong

I don't think he is that powerful as some people think, if you think about it, viper is way more stronger than him and I don't think he can replace Viper since he is kind of Controller-Initiator agent and Viper is a Controller-Sentinel agent.
Both have walls but Viper's wall is better since it does alot of damage and recharges faster while Harbor's wall doesn't do any damage and it takes 40s to recharge.
His smoke is OP. If he self smokes and start defusing the spike, the enemy is forced to stop whatever the`re doing and enter his smoke. Major advantage gained from the use of a single ability.
Phoenix's wall is meant to block L.O.S for just a second while you aggressively take site control. Same reason his mully is shorter distance and lower damage, its meant to kick people out of corners instead of blocking off chokepoints for long periods of time. Also Phoenix overall is just a c-tier agent at best
The bubble ability lasts ridiculously long, and I feel like the wave should be translucent or something, seems incredibly strong with a coordinated team

I kinda wish his abilities didn't slow teammates, since it means you can't really push through them (I know pushing through a smoke is generally inadvisable but it can be a good way to catch enemies off guard). Idk tho, we'll have to see how good he is on release.

To me it is looking like he outclass viper on many point of view. The wall was what made her worth picking on several maps compared to the other controllers. This agent seems to have less 300 IQ post spike line-ups but he look more versatile and just better on so many points.

His abilities look really cool but I have 2 concerns. The models/art for the abilities is very loud/distracting imo. And I feel like he's going to be too powerful compared to viper. The fact that his wall bends, smoke is bullet proof, and has his other wall to take space (initiator ish) I feel like viper is going to be super underpowered in comparison.
It was needed. There is only one controller with a wall right now, Viper, making her mandatory on certain maps. This is an alternative. Community wanted it for a long time

Which means it discourages lineups as they can't go through the barrier, you need to be shooting it to break it.

From what I've seen, the smoke is breakable if the enemy shoots at it, it will either disappear or become normal smoke as you said
