1. Unruly eyebrows. Just pluck & trim; NO shaping
2. Nose & ear hair. Gross.
3. Acne, dirt, etc: facial skincare. Wash & moisturize BID (twice daily)
4. Too long between haircuts (guilty here but it still looks savage & still within military regs ;)
5. Bad breath. Instantly unattractive.
6. Body odor. Also too much cologne. Kills chances immediately.
7. Untrimmed nails. Women won't let you touch them. Remember toenails.
8. Too much body hair. Some women like some body hair; few like super hairy.
9. Cracked lips. Women notice because they wonder what it would be like to kiss you.
10. ...lack of confidence. No way to overcome this by fixing #1-9, no matter what you do or how rich & handsome you are. Invest in your inner life.

Xylitol gum is good for your breath and it cleans plaque. They provide it to school children in Scandinavia to improve their dental health.
I only use a light after shave and an old school hair tonic, from the 1920s for scent and a light deodorant. The Japanese also apparently dislike strong odors and so only have light products.
I do have a bad nail biting habit.
Thankfully I take care of my lips because I'm an amateur trumpet 🎺 player. Especially in the winter.

sometimes i hate and resent hot girls, because it reminds me, i've always hated and never liked the dynamics of dating, attraction and seduction, because the way it looks like, girls just have to be attractive, or cute, pretty, thats all, and a bonus is just having a decent or average kind, friendly personality, and bam, they have dates lined up already or have a boyfriend already, and they can be shy quiet, awkward, be boring.
But guys, men, have to have good social-skills or people-skills, be an almost perfect conversationalist, be confident or have confidence, talk right, sit right, stand right, breathe right, have a certain lifestyle, certain social behaviors, because confidence is part of social behaviors or social talent based, have a mission, purpose, be a leader or have leadership skills, pass her shit tests, be an interesting person, and i'm sure there is probably more things guys have to know or learn, but either i don't know or just forgot. Basically, the guy has to unlearn shyness or awkwardness, but the girl doesn't.
It reminds me of this quote "it's the guys role to be interesting, its the womans role to be interested"
Another quote that filled me with anger and rage a lot was: "Well, everything depends on how you look at things. And you can complain about how the world works, or you can adapt to it and make the most of your situation!"
that pissed me off a lot because its a reminder that, sadly, those dating dynamics are forever here to stay, sadly can't do anything about it, yes, i do often hate and resent the cards i was dealt with for having a penis.

Ya, shortly after my divorce, I solicited advice from my female friends on FB on where to start with face/skin care. That was 5 years ago. Here's what I do now (and have done for almost 5 years) 1x a week, bentonite clay mask. It feels fantastic. Moisturize face immediately after my morning shower (btw, I take cold showers first thing...but that's another story) Aloe Vera gel in my hair. Keeps wild hairs tamed. Charcoal or mud soaps on my face and forearms...then lotion on the forearms.
This is a great way to convo with Ladies...when you can intelligently discuss your self-care regimen, they see you value yourself.

Marni, this is some great advice. How do you portray confidence without being arrogant? There is a fine line, right? I know confidence is "being sure" about yourself in a nutshell. I struggle with confidence since I suffer from depression. Yes, I actually think that I would be better with women if I wasn't depressed.
Confidence, derived from the meaning, "with fidelity." Confidence comes from making good decisions in your life on a day to day basis. Don't want to pay your rent today, do it anyways. Don't want to take out the trash and clean up your living space, do it anyways. Don't want to finish that work project and just game, do it anyways. This is creating a sense of faithfulness to your responsibilities within your self and trust me when I tell you that doing these little things will create a sense of confidence in yourself. It will help overcome depression. As someone who works in the behavioral health field I see this all to often. Depression often comes from failed responsibilities, take time to do the right things in the little stuff and your Confidence will increase.b

At Age 50, I am starting to get bags under my eyes. I was looking into what to do about that, Marni just showed me a possible remedy. I just placed my order for Level 2.
The only thing to cure bags under your eyes permanently is surgery. Had it done and looked 10 years younger. Not like in my 20s but refreshed and alert. Go seek out a good plastic surgeon who specializes in this and safe your money on useless cosmetics that claim they will take care of baggy eyes.

as I'm a bodybuilder 💪, I regularly shave 🪒 (with electric trimmer) my shoulders, back, abs and chest. I do have the ability to grow a lot of chest hair (it covers my entire chest well, it's not patchy).
Should I grow out JUST the chest hair, or keep it buzzed very short? Is a hairy chest in a tank top a sexy look I should be sporting? 🤔
My haircut last for 3 to 6 months and I usually go for the haircut of Law Enforcement Look.
I always get a high and tight haircut

Oh, trust me. A little too much cologne is NOT the same as bad body odor!
Also I've heard different women say both they like hair and they don't like hair, so moderation is advised. I'm not a hair type of guy but I keep a gentle trim scruff just in case.

Hi Marni! Appreciate your videos! So I’m a 44 yr man and I have an enormous crush on a 26 yr old woman that recently purchased the tanning salon I go to. We have had about 4-5 funny conversations since we met with great eye contact. I usually wear gym clothes to go tanning because that’s where I go after, so being dressed up is totally out of the question. Who gets dressed up to go tanning? Not me, not ever. Unique situation right? Which puts me at a disadvantage. I look like i am early 30’s something when I shave. I have a baby face and through I usually have a 2-3 day scruff. I don’t know if I should just go for asking her out, asking for her number or give it time for her to get to know me a bit longer. A 18 yr old gap is big I think but not unattainable. I have a nice house and have a lot to offer. Any suggestions are appreciated. If you don’t respond I ask you please do a video on unique situations like mine. Thank you!

Don't worry about the age thing. It really depends on the woman, there's no hard and fast rule. But, the "Age/2 + 7" thing is actually a good rule of thumb. She is MAYBE a little young but let HER make that decision. While a considerable portion of what Marni promotes is frankly pseudo-science; watching how she makes eye contact -catching her staring at you etc are FAIR (by no means definitive) indicators. Also, keep in mind if she's NOT interested it could totally change your dynamic with her. That's the risk you take, sir. Oh and reduce/eliminate the tanning-it's NOT good for you in the long run as it can dry out your skin, give you that "pinched" look; and despite the agitprop it can lead to skin cancer :)

Some videos say there are 6 mistakes that guys make and other videos say there are 10 or 12 ... which number is correct ? ... what do you mean by tripling success with women, do you recommend multiple partners or changing partners 3 times a week or a day ... or cheat or how does it work ? if a man does all the things you recommend but is severely overweight, homeless and very short can he still " triple his success with women " ?

I have a question for you, what happens if I’m missing most of an eyebrow due to a severe car accident that has left me full of scars from the middle of my forehead, over my right eyelid (which had to be grafted to create a new one) extending to the final cut over my right ear where the entire flap of skin was hanging off my a thread of of skin hanging from my right eyelid?

Personal care is common sense. Some guys think they can get away with not taking a shower or washing their hair. They wear a hat and think no one will notice they they didn’t wash their hair. Basic personal care including not wearing wrinkled clothing is a plus. Dudes wear shirts that are so wrinkled they look like drunk shirts. Like you are on a bender and rolled out of bed wearing your shirt. Basic stuff. Drugs, smoking and booze will age you quickly. You don’t have to not enjoy a drink but understand that if you do a lot of drugging, drinking and smoking as you age it will take a huge toll. The booze and drugs takes the nutrients out of your face and ages you. You’ll look badly.

Can anyone explain the phenomenon of men shaving around their protruding nasal hair? That is, men without beard or moustache, but still having that repulsive nasal hair droop. They must look in the mirror to shave, so don't they notice? Horrible subject. My head-hair started falling out when I was 22, so I'm not going to let any UNWANTED hair make things worse now that head-shaving's a daily event.
