Judah's struggles with depression began during his growing up years. He remembers that period as one of constant frustration and helplessness. Yet he began to realise that sometimes things were beyond his control, and that realisation freed him from shame and allowed him to confront his struggles. He found himself growing stronger mentally when he allowed himself to come face to face with his struggles.
This is his story to tell.
