  • 9 Multiple Intelligences by Howard Gardner EXPLAINED!
    What type of intelligence do you have? What career is right for me? In this video, I explain the Howard Gardner Theory of Intelligence. I also discuss multiple intelligences and learning styles and how this relates to teaching strategy and career choices. There are 9 intelligences, and we each rank highly on some and lower on others. Find out which ones are best matched for your future career!
    The 9 intelligence types are spatial intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, naturalistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, linguistic intelligence, existential intelligence, and bodily-kinesthetic intelligence.

Really great capture of this topic and sources you provide. I am curios have you connected these type of intelligence with the 4 ways of learning you have categorized in separated video or lecture? I could tell for some of these easily where it falls but some are hard to connect to certain type(s).

    Seeing as communication is one of the most important skills you can have regardless of your specific life path or career, I think having high Interpersonal combined with high Linguistic/Verbal Intelligence is an especially powerful combo that will get you far in life. With both of those together you'll be able to know the right words to say to someone in any situation.

    • @SharpCookie
      @SharpCookie  Před rokem +7

      Yes, this combo is very good at nailing job interviews or excelling at sales or teaching or coaching. And they'll usually have a lot of friends ;) I've noticed many big CZcamsrs have this combo. They're good communicators, and they're able to connect with an audience well.

    Awesome! This theory fascinates me. For me, it helps to look at the world from different angles and try things from different perspectives.
    For example I was highly into Logical Mathematical + Linguistic types in my childhood later dived into Intrapersonal + Existential and now I'm in love with Interpersonal + Musical + Bodily Kinesthetic haha
    It's super fun to try different things and stay in tune with life in all it's beauty and richness

      @SharpCookie  Před 2 lety

      Yes absolutely!!! I can relate. Growing up, I never resonated with mathematical intelligence, and now I enjoy it very much. Other areas, like existential have always been in my life throughout. I think I connect with the visual_spacial intelligence because I have a hobby which is baking and whenever I decide to bake a cake or something sweet, I always try to imagine the final decoration look of the cake and try to bring new decoration ideas ,and the final result is often the same as I did imagine.

    • @SharpCookie

      Oh wow, very cool! I actually made a video on visual learners that you would probably find interesting czcams.com/video/IN-_S_jj3gE/video.html And I'm editing a video this week about morning routines, and one important piece is visualization which people with visual-spatial intelligence usually find very easy. It's natural for us to visualize the end result of something, which is very powerful for creating things in our lives!

"Educative System is only focused on two types of intelligences: Logical mathematical and Linguistics" (the others are ignored unfortunately).
