Nice job at the departure lot. Love the old apparatus.
I think I recognized a couple pieces of those old apparatus from back when I was a volunteer. I think I recognized north Middleton township. Truck 39. And Mt Holly Springs Truck 36. Both out of Cumberland County PA
Q, best sound EVER!
AMEN
I must say, tiller ladder 67 at 2:40, the engine sounds awesome 😍
Awesome catches. That would've been a treat to attend.
@@ttcclrvfan7027 Thats sad. Bring that down here to Florida you'd catch a full house probably.
I could almost smell the diesel and gas fumes!
Awesome video!!!!!
Thank you!
6:17 the return of everyone’s favorite FDNY truck, Spare truck! And 6:44 Return of “Emergency!” Squad 51!
Hell yeah chump
3:00 is the old hook and ladder from my hometown, Kingston, NY. She sounds good for her age
I like how they use a 1993 seagrave fdny engine
Yeah she was a beauty
Time stamp?
Wow theres an FDNY spare engine in there
Awesome video!
man alot of those trucks were Real Smokers....LOL
10 years in the business and still haven’t gone to Pump Primers despite Harrisburg only being ~45 minutes from my house
You aught to come to it some time, it wasn’t as good this year due to them not pumping but next year should be better.
Rainman14 There’s a possibility we might take our ‘52 Seagrave next year if we fix the brakes. Depends on if the chief gives his okay and anyone wants to drive it. We’ve got probably three people that know how to drive it. Still don’t know why our Assistant Chief doesn’t take our old Mack CF Telesqurt to these things. He owns it now.
Old engine 313 could’ve used it’s PA300 manual siren.
Lots of trucks older than my dad, lok
Engine 313 stood out with its distinct PA300
Yes she did!
@@actionfire4036 love it
@@kalelc1996 same!
These trucks are older than my dad, lol
very cool
For some reason it took me forever to realize that FDNY engine 313 was a seagrave lol
NICE VIDEO
6:10 # 2610 I think that’s quinn Dickson
That's because it is.
0:07 the fire truck that is in the middle of the screen belongs to West End Fire & Rescue of Shippensburg, PA. I know that because I rode on it in the parade and there was pumping that year actually
And this is why we have emissions test.....I needed a N-95 mask just to watch this.
New modern apparatus just don't cut it, these are way better.
My Grandpa Was a firefighter But he is Now old
I’m assuming they won’t be holding this event this year? Also do they have vendor areas where you can purchase things?
Great job rainman what do tshirt look like? Thank you buddy!
New Danville took their Tanker? I guess it’s an antique at this point. Weird not seeing an of the Lancaster County Mack CFs there. Bunch of them still knocking about in private hands. Telesqurt 2-3(shoutout to my Station), Engine 54-2, Snorkel 2-4, City Ladder B, Engine 3-9-2, Engine 6-7-2, Engine 5-8-3, I think Tanker 2-12. Plus 63 and 57 used to bring theirs
Is that tanker still in service? I would have loved to seen 57’s engine in there!
Rainman14 Yup it’s still in service. Smallest tanker in the county. 57’s CF is going to be retired by the end of the year sadly. I don’t know if they’ll keep it or sell it. 63-2’s days as a frontline rig are winding down as well but nothing set in stone. I know they’re definitely not selling it. It’ll live out it’s days as a company owned antique.
Lancaster has weird identifiers, over here in berks each station is assigned 1 number (ex. 38)... if we have 2 of the same apparatus (ex 2 tankers) we just add a -1 to the second tanker (ex. Tanker 38-1) I can never figure out companies over there.
Firefighter/EMT 40 oh it changed a few years ago. The station number used to have a dash in it. My station was 2-3 but we’re now 23. Our Engine used to be 2-3-1 but it’s now 23-1. If we had another engine it would be 23-2. Special service units and tankers don’t have the -1 unless the station has two of them. Our truck is Truck 23 but Lancaster City has two trucks which are 64-1 & 64-2.
Yeah the ‘ol gal turns 28 this year. Still rolls like a champ. I upgraded it to LEDs the other year.
6:19 FDNY seagrave
