The idea (though not a very good one) with Nefarious Archfiend Eater is that you destroy Inari Fire with its effect to Special Summon it back from the GY, then during the next Standby Phase, Inari Fire brings itself back because it was destroyed by a card effect.

To be honest I would like to create a deck using these cards
I personally added allure queen and Dna translplant to my deck of it. Allure queen pretty much works the same way as charmers but it uses levels, and dna transplant changes your monsters type.
Well, you got that chance from the Charmer’s Structure Deck.

I love this video!! Charmers were the first cards I pulled when I was a kid when I started playing Yugioh and they stood by me ever since. It was amazing to see that they came in 3rd place in the structure deck voting polls this past summer so it really gives me hope that Konami may release them as a legitimate structure deck or just make more supports for them in the near future since not only Shadolls were given one but Sacred Beasts as well. I have been doing my absolute best to make a deck that works best for them and how it can incorporate in today's format. So far I have made a Charmers Invoked deck. It works well because I have the necessary monsters to make with them like Mechaba, Caliga, and Purgatrio (who won me against Sky Striker players). The only thing I really want to see in new supports for them are better retrains of the charmers, especially for Lyna and Dharc, and have more spell or trap supports that give more synergy and consistancy to the archetype like negate effects and mainly just a search engine.
Also there's one card you left out. The spell card Possessed Awakening.
Normal Spell
Monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each different Attribute you control. "Charmer" and "Familiar-Possessed" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. If a Spellcaster monster(s) whose original ATK is 1850 is Normal or Special Summoned to your field: Draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Possessed Awakening" once per turn.
@@DeltaShinyZeta thanks! Yeah Charmers were my first type of deck to build and its killing me that we only get so little support.
Yes Possessed Awakening is currently OCG only and I'm hoping it could get imported into Duel Overload or if there's the chance of the structure deck have it imported there as a super rare.

@@saskara6641 yeah it was announced at the end of February. The structure deck will have 5 new support cards (they might update this to make 9 like what they did with Sacred Beasts) and 5 tokens. Initially its suppose to be released in June for OCG but because of this pandemic going on it might get postponed to a later date and even push back the release for TCG

I'm pretty sure back in the day when it wasn't so easy to destroy back row, kurogane and hijiri were meant to survive until your next turn, then you activate them during the battle phase to gain extra attacks.
Haven’t watched the video yet but the charmers are my favorite archetype. It’s probably becuase they where some of the first cards I got in the game.
I like them cus avatar is my favorite show and they are like benders with spirit animals
Actually, Dark Spirit Art is the literal translation of the OCG name. The current TCG names for the other cards are stylistic approach to the name, and sure it sounds better, but because of that, they no longer become associated with the Series/Archetype it was supposed to be in, which in this case was "Spiritual Art" (TCG) / "Spirit Art" (OCG).
They have to rename rest of the cards in the same manner as Dark Spirit Art to make them work in an archetypal sense. The renames would have to go something like "Water Spirit Art - Aoi" or "Water Spiritual Art - Aoi".

I still find it weird how there was never a light and dark link in this "archetype". Most decks now a days are either dark or light.
What is your take about using elemental mistress Doriado with these cards?
Why would you? It doesn't accomplish anything at all. It's just a 3 star 1200 atk monster with unnecessarily complicated summoning conditions.
@@Slays_Media so I’m not an advent Yu-Gi-Oh player like other folks. But, Based on the fact that this card was created around the same time as the charmers and another group of cards such as the element cards. my assumption is that this card was specifically made for the charmers. This seems more likely the case because in the most recent charmer deck there’s an upgraded version of that card. So there seems to be a strategy that fits with the charmers, that would be my assumption. However most players don’t usually normally play with archetypes as a central theme so it might feel unnecessary and difficult to pull off the Card’s potential.
Will you be remaking this video with the new structure deck? It has a lot of new support now.
