Tectone i just have to say said the most real statement. Everyone says you wont miss cigarettes or youll hate the smell and 2 years off of them and i still want one when i see someone smoking or even a character on tv smoking makes me crave it and you dont hear enough people say this
Yeps even just the smoking part and not the actual substance/need itself. It’s just enjoyable/relaxing when you’ve been doing it for a long time. Nowadays I just stick to 1 pack per month max for past decade instead of removing it entirely

It never goes away, it just... quiets down.
What people really miss is the break man. You step away from everything, go outside, your work is at your desk or you left your TV binging or whatever else, you just give yourself some peace. Remember to keep doing that.

To be frank, he acted like a man-child when it came to Genshin. It's a very casual game and despite me wanting proper late game content I've enjoyed my time with it and moved on.
In these podcasts Teccy is way calmer and chill.

4:05 You're not alone Emi, the most annoying thing about playing games with people is hearing them talk about the OP builds they're grinding for or have, yet I use things I like, rarely level thongs to their max potential and am usually one of the better players in the group. I don't see the point of playing games to play the way someone tells me I should play. I like making more unique characters rather than characters that everyone is following a guide for.

Fish oil is one of the best natural sources of vitamin D. It also has a lot of fatty acids that are good for your body.
Anything can be placebo. Fish oil is not a miracle drug. And if your health and chemistry are already good - the benefits will be negligible at best.
But it's not useless. It definitely has health benefits if you lack those vitamins and minerals.
This was a great episode S&E gang. Felt we got to see a lot more of the ‘behind the screen’ of who these three are, with this specific episode’s format.
