It's a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun). They are basically where a machine does the speedrun and they usually have an instant reaction. That is why the hand/cursor moved so fast.

They really should've rewarded players with an easter egg, unique art tool, or something for doing well on this mini-game.
Limiting an art tool behind this minigame would've been a terrible idea. This is just a silly little minigame and I'm fine with that.
