This is the 13th published movie of Super Mario World that beats the game by clearing 11 of the 96 exits, the shortest route intended by the game developers. It improves upon the previous run by 2.74 (165 Frames @60.098813897441 FPS) seconds. Mario still dies in the process. Improvements include:
* Better block duplication in Yoshi's Island 3
* Better P-switch use in Yoshi's Island 4
* Lag reduction in many levels

I know a decent amount about Smw glitches, but I have no clue wtf happened in Yoshi's Island 4. The goal tape isn't even in the main world, so you can't do a sprite swap. One of you masters of Mario wizardry explain to me what I saw please.
Why is the orb glitch allowed alongside glitched exits in all of the first 3 levels in the run, but not cloud glitch? It just seems all too confusing as to what is and isn't allowed in this TAS.

Can someone tell me what happened in Iggy's castle
This trick has been explained a few times in the past. From what I remember, the runner does some crazy fix-your-game-nintendo janky-hack-mate TAS magic to smuggle an orb into the item reserve.
DarkShamilKhan correct me if I’m wrong but he made the yoshi stick out his tongue, jumped off and fireballed the Rex which made him a coin. He collected the coin while yoshi’s tongue was on it causing him to grab the orb and then clipped into the block and die. This orb would allow iggy’s castle to be finished quickly. If he did the exact same trick on yoshi’s island 2 the credits would end early

Wait, I don't get it. My record is 5:52 and the tas is still minutes longer than mine? I didn't do any glitches, just shortcuts. How do I enter my video into the records? It's on VHS though from back when I was 16-17 in the early 90s and I can still do it under six minutes (I played on my SNES a few days ago just for fun to show my friends) and they kept pushing me to go on the record holders and do it live on AGDQ which I checked and saw it's for charity which is very cool. How do I go about doing this? I would love to help raise money for charity if that's still a good time I have? I don't care about being the best, I've won enough awards when I was younger and still have them, but charity is what really matters if it helps others in need.

Isso é TAS (Assistente de Speed Run, traduzido), ele basicamente reduz drasticamente a velocidade do jogo, combinado ao uso de 'save-states'. E dessa forma é possivel fazer coisas absurdas, como no video

Martmists I don’t exactly remember but I watch the authors comments as well and it said about being stunned by the fish and creating an invisible reznor with the fish to end the level early. Something like that
