    It rolls up for sure but for it to be hidden, cut it inside out so it rolls up on the inside

    By simple cropping you can actually elevate the look of a simple shirt. Super smart!

      Exactly! Especially if you’re on the shorter side can really help with the proportions!

      Thanks g! Yes I have transitioned and majority of my shirts now have a cropped fit! Works much better for me at my height around 5’8! Many companies are also selling cropped shirts now as well so it’s easy to buy them good to go right from them!

    The rotary cutter cut through both layers (front/back) of t-shirt easily? I want to cut the neckline off on some of my t-shirts😀, to make it more of a round neck and not a crew neck. I have used scissors before but end result is kind of sloppy looking. Thanks for your help.

    • @natethompson254
      @natethompson254  Před 8 měsíci +1

    Does it start to fray a lot when you wash it after or does it just roll up like you said

    • @natethompson254
      @natethompson254  Před 7 měsíci +4

      I leave it as is! I actually like the raw hem look! I have also taken more premium shirts to the tailor as an option for a clean cut if that’s what you prefer. Only costs about 10-15 bucks!

    Works great for t shirts but when I tried on a sweater, the back just starts rising up to the point you can see my back. Maybe only works for certain fabrics :/

    How many inches did you take off

    • @natethompson254
      @natethompson254  Před měsícem

      Didn’t measure actually. But I think only about 1-2 inches. I always say it’s better to take off less than you may need .. then try washing and drying it then test again. Much better than cutting it way too short which I’ve also done lol

    • @natethompson254
      @natethompson254  Před 2 měsíci

      You have to hem it at a tailor. I’ve done both, and I actually like to have the raw hem role up on some tees for a different look.
