I was blessed with Paul's time some years ago. He truly was the one who got me into hobbyist mycology. He helped me design and build my home setup some 10 years ago, was always willing to answer fruitful questions, and is such a pleasant person to talk to in general. He is exactly the person you see online. His family are such good people

A sitter is more for dmt and salvia. Even then they're not completely necessary if you know what you're doing. Set and setting are key. If I'm tripping on mushrooms I don't want someone watching me asking how I'm feeling. I just want to be in nature alone and with music.
If you take a heroic dose, sure, maybe have someone in another room that you can yell for and bring you water and a sugary drink while you take off all of your clothes to prevent overheating and temporary paralyzation.

The response resulting from the synthetic, inflammation, is the general effect caused by almost all illness. It’s likely much more practical to test inflammation this way than by waiting patiently for someone to contract an illness and then measure the inflammation markers. You can then extrapolate these results to general illness and maybe even develop a conclusion as to how effective the mushroom is in treating symptoms of illness.

It’s so great that there’s people out there so dedicated and passionate about science and biology in a meaningful way like Mr. Stamets. And I hope his passion and enthusiasm and awesome knowledge inspires more and more people to follow his footsteps.
I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss this man. Funding for scientific studies is difficult to come by, and if he can publish studies that “legitimize” mushrooms as beneficial in any context it’s a good thing, even in the context of vaccines. No one is forcing you to consume anything you don’t wish to (yet).
Can't ever forget him telling the story about being in a tree during a storm... losing his stutter.. and many more. What a guy, Paul Stamets!

Consider that people like you will take any shred of a hint of conspiracy and run with it. Potentially, for instance, not getting a vaccine that has objective, measurable effects on the entire population.
Next, consider that this man may have a very clear and healthy respect for how powerful his voice and opinion are. Perhaps he is aware of how much damage this could cause if 400k rogan listeners choose not to vaccinate themselves.

I absolutely love that Paul Stamets is back on the show! I've been following his work for 20 years. It's absurd that more people haven't clued in to the monumental importance of his work, and mushrooms in general.
I’ve done the stamets stack for 30 days - cycling 4 days on and 3 days off. I was very strict about schedule and noting my daily observations. In this period I was also doing 20 mins of breathing exercises every morning.
Not only did I notice a change in my overall perspective of life, but also found new control over my decision making and a sense of clarity.
I also got better at tying my shoes too 😂

I find it hard to listen to ways to deal with adverse reactions to that poison they made people take when the pharma companies and governments are still free from prosecution.

I was married at Squire creek camp ground. My kids were raised camping there. I camped there several times every summer there. My grandmother was the caretaker, park ranger there for 27 years. Her and my grandfather took care of the place before it was a county park. I helped create about 5 different camp sites. I am a Washingtonian and grew up having Paul Stamets come to my schools for presentations about old growth forests and mushrooms.
Love this man! I never knew he was such a legend when I was a kid. We actually had a legend visiting our schools and we barely thought anything about it!

The study without the vaccine has not been published and a respected scientist will not state information about a study/trial that hasn’t finished review, it’s not like people won’t be able to access the info for themselves once it’s released

✨Host defense is pretty good but the best I've had are the liquid extracts from Tria Alchemy... very strong and also has the mycelium extracts - I highly recommend

This was good watch. After the birth of my daughter when she was around 5 months old I had very bad anxiety and depression. It got so bad a got a perscription for Zoloft. I had a choice that moment to micro dose mushrooms with or take the zoloft. I microdosed with lions mane for 3 months dosing myself twice a week and it helped tremendously. So greatful for the knowledge Paul has shared. Life saving information.

I ate Amanita Muscaria and it took like 3 hours to kick in. I went to bed, then I woke up and went to the porch upstairs. Would end up back in my bed without my knowledge of getting there, go back upstairs to the porch, back to my bed etc. etc. My brother watched me do the same thing like 20 times, and every time I would go back to bed and wake up I had no recollection of the time before.
Joe asks: "What benefit does it have" when talking about the fighters that use the lights. It's massively effective at training reaction time. If you visualize every light as a potential punch or kick, you can cross train this into avoiding kicks and punches. And spotting certain muscle twitches faster and correlate them with either a flinch or an actual punch/kick too.
No, actually, accessory work like that is complete and absolute garbage. It doesn't help at all. Quit wasting your time.
