Sounds like Greg Spence, Mystery to Mastery, milk spout analogy.

Jerry spoke about how important the lower lip/chin pushing up against the tongue and upper lip was. He wasn't raising the upper lip, it was being pushed up. He liked to describe the action as the upper lip "grabbing" the eye teeth, or being drawn towards the center as the lower lip pushed upward. This helped create the intense compression to get that powerful sound. He described the upper lip as "nothing but a reed" and any tension in the upper lip would hamper the "reeds" ability to vibrate freely.

Hi Donovan, I recently came across your channel and have been enjoying it. I'm a classical trombonist that naturally developed a tce like setup, I've only recently discovered and worked out how my setup works a bit more. My tongue sits on my bottom lip through my teeth for my whole range except the very bottom octave and I use vocalisations to change pitch. Aw ah, ee, ish. My chin bunches with the higher pitches and my tongue keeps my bottom lip from raising too much and cutting off the sound. Pretty sure this is similar to what you're talking about in this video. Is chin bunch something you use or not? Can't see because of your beard!

    Excellent observation.

I feel I sort of do this when my tongue pushes against my bottom lip to direct the air. It allows the air to move the notes much easier and allows me to ascend higher easier.
My problem is the vibrations eventually stop around high F to double A or the notes in between. It just depends on tiredness.
    Any suggestions

How much force are you using when you play those notes? Gotta reduce the total amount of force to increase endurance.
