To answer your question, Dolph Ziggler was doing the Zig Zag which is his main finisher. He jumps up and spikes them down from behind grabbing their neck. No the claymore doesn’t need the Zig Zag or another move. The reason it was happening was because McIntyre and Ziggler were a tag team at that time in 2018 and tag teams usually have a combined finisher to finish off their opponents so it was the Claymore Kick into the Zig Zag. That is what Michael Cole, the commentator was saying. The idea is that the move would be even more devastating because it is two finishers combined.

The Claymore is one of the most dopest moves/finishes there is and such an awesome kick move too. Cedric Alexander, Ricochet, and Akira Tozawa sell the move the best but in an interview McIntyre stated that Alexander has the best sell also for weeks in 2019 up until Dean's release Dean Ambrose would get wrecked by Drew McIntyre and one time Bobby Lashley too

That guy wasn't Bobby Lashley that's Apollo Crews. No he doesn't need someone there that was just a Tag Finisher with his old partner Dolph Ziggler. So Drew and Ziggler do the Claymore and Zig Zag(Dolph) at the same time.
