I sympathise with you brother for what you are going through, but you should not have done these tests to spite your former in-laws or to prove anything to them. I advise you go for fertility tests and consult doctors on any remedies if any that you may need. Don't worry and don't be afraid. Delay is not denial. You could be very fertile, just go the medical route. You will be fine.
