i got a question for you is it best to practice flares down on the floor like how u did in this tutorial or by stand up entry like the traditional entry for flares... and if u practice this way would it be hard to transition later on when let say u want to start doing flares standing up...
NICE TUTORIAL MAN! btw, got a tiny question, even though i go clockwise (opposite of you), i manage to crash my hips down when i'm about to go to the back, it's like i have no strength in my left arm to sustain my body weight up high in the air in order for continuous flares... :\ is it because i'm not twisting my hips enough? if not, plz tell me my mistakes and how to correct it. thanks :))

@smnteacher i do flairs counter-clockwise but i cant shift my weight properly to my right hand and due to this i cant do 1st clean round sometimes by luck i do 2rounds but most of time i do just one round,my legs streching is also enough for flaires. i m practicing my flaires for 4months. plz tell me how i can fix this problem to get clean round and plz tell me how much time and how much hours i should practice flaires

I watched your video. You might want to put your left hand wider than shoulder on the floor when your hip came behind. And put your hip out to forward more more more!!
