    i got a question for you is it best to practice flares down on the floor like how u did in this tutorial or by stand up entry like the traditional entry for flares... and if u practice this way would it be hard to transition later on when let say u want to start doing flares standing up...

    NICE TUTORIAL MAN!
    btw, got a tiny question, even though i go clockwise (opposite of you), i manage to crash my hips down when i'm about to go to the back, it's like i have no strength in my left arm to sustain my body weight up high in the air in order for continuous flares... :\
    is it because i'm not twisting my hips enough? if not, plz tell me my mistakes and how to correct it. thanks :))

    tips is....
    1.Put your hip out to forward.
    2.Put your hands wider than shoulder on the floor.
    3.Put right foot up and turn outside.
    Can you do these tips?
    You should practice flares 40 minutes in a day 5 times in a week.

    Put right foot "up!!" and turn outside.

    sorry I forgot you are counter clockwise and i am clockwise.. i wanted to say when you are in the front you kik your LEFT leg up towards your face (same thing for the RIGHT leg) or up towards your shoulder
    and the move of your left leg is a circular motion or just kik up when you are in the front?

    Ya i always do these steps and i also keeps my legs straight but still getting problem :(
    is there any training method for flaires through which i can learn how to shift weight from 1 hand to another?
    and i practice 7days in a week and 1hour in a day

    i have questions bro, when you are in the front you kik your right leg up towards your face (same thing for the left leg) or up towards your shoulder?

    Because some people say to be high and others say to be low ...

    i do flairs counter-clockwise but i cant shift my weight properly to my right hand and due to this i cant do 1st clean round
    sometimes by luck i do 2rounds but most of time i do just one round,my legs streching is also enough for flaires.
    i m practicing my flaires for 4months.
    plz tell me how i can fix this problem to get clean round and plz tell me how much time and how much hours i should practice flaires

    MY GOD !!! 1:00, is it really that simple to get that high ??? If it works, I wanna know your name, I've seen almost every tutorial, asked every bboy and gimnast I know, and no one never told me to do that first step O.o If it helps me get high, I'll be always thankful to you.
