      Awesome. It looks like you guys persevered for you have internet and the levee didn't fail. Those poor cows don't have rights only owned as mistreated assets for profit. My first job out of HS was counting cattle coming into a beef slaughter plant. I worked alone signing off the truckers paper work confirming how many bulls, cows, calfs, bad eyes, and downers came off their trucks and then heared them into the holding pens using scare tactics such as screaming and stomping around to ensure they feared me so they don't trample and kick me to death. Corporate farmers really treat their animals terribly and the low quality makes lots of people fat and sick. This was the worst of the worst cattle I was working with for it was going to McDonald's in the Chicago area. The company was mismanaged and only turning a profit from IRS tax deductions which was about $1 million a year though it failed numerous times changing hands quite a few times. It was easy to look at everything in the office and how it all worked. Gosh, our business peeple...

      @@Fulminitro There is a 50/50 chance that the people who own the cattle are stuck right there. Moving livestock out of a disaster zone requires having a place to take them ~ just as everyone evactuating needs a place to go 'to'. Hopping in a vehicle and just randomly driving somewhere isn't any smarter than just staying put. And, if those cattle are part of a herd of 100 or more, trucking all of them anywhere is just about impossible. It's easy to sit and armchair quarterback things, but the reality is not something that can just be ignored by the people living there. There are just as many animals stuck in the fire zones ... and any catastrophic weather/nature event takes a toll. There are a lot of people living there that had absolutely no means to leave with or without animals; mostly due to lack of any money. When you can't do something, you can't. People sitting around who are safe in their own homes and not staring the problem in the face who can't manage to do anything but sling insult on top of injury are worse than the blasted storm.

      @@LierinEdana if they would have any issues with money, they wouldnt have such expensive and huge animals, on an expensive and huge land. they should had to find someone in a safezone with enough space for their animals. if they sell one cattle, they also save it, and they are going to be able to save more from the money. if they sell 2 cattles, they double the chances. you can tell me that im behind a screen in a safe room, but it won't change the fact, that americans had at least 5 days to do more. its just usual laziness, and lack of responsibility. americans has a stupid organization for every tiny stupid things, but they are just care about themselves, they wont do any organization to save or care with animals too. you can try to make it prettier with words, but unfortunately the reality won't change by it. people should't keep more animals, as they can handle without any help. and this unneccesary, unresponsible capitalism is exactly what ruining our beautiful world. they had 5+ days, and you tell me there is only 2 scenarios to react for a coming hurricane. Insane.

      @@Fulminitro The only place to sell any cow on such short notice is either a sale barn or a meat packing plant. Maybe you are ok with killing animals because of a storm, but most people are not.
      As for what Americans do during these storms, the entire network of agencies and individuals opening up their land in states all around Louisiana was incredible and a sign of the good will and generosity people in my country have when their fellow Americans need help.
      The attitude that only rich people deserve to have animals of any sort is medieval ... at best. You talk down about things you know nothing about, particularly farming, and call others insane? Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt. Riding out a hurricane has absolutely zero to do with capitalism btw, and there is just as much reason to save humans as there is to save animals. What a skewed and flawed view you have of life.

    • @Fulminitro
      @Fulminitro Před 2 lety

      @@LierinEdana i didnt say such thing that only rich ppl deserve animals! I said, no one should keep 100 cattles, if they can't be responsible for each one of them, in any circumstances. If you can take responsibility for 10, keep 10, and no more. If you can't take responsibility for any animals, then don't keep them. And if they has a lot of animals, they must have a lot of land, just use your brain: they has more money than most of us. Even if you don't have money, you can make some calls, there are tons of farms. Your first thoughts about selling/giving them for anyone, is killing them. I havent said such thing also. There was at least 5 days to do something, and not everyone is a brainless butcher, to have first thoughts like this at the first place. if you have 100 cows to save, you can give someone 50, to save the other 50. Even if that someone butcher his 50 cows, you still saved your own 50, but there is a good chance to save all of them. But they just left them somewhere on their own fate. Capitalism has everything to do here: 1.) If there wouldn't be capitalism, primitive stupid people wouldnt keep more animals, as they can take care at any circumstances. 2.) if there wouldnt be capitalism, factories wouldn't produce so much shet into the air, into the water, into the Earth, because there wouldnt be so many unneccesary and pointless thing to produce, and weather wouldn't be so unviable like this. in this case; stupid, unrespoinsible people, who kept much more animals as they could handle, just didn't prepare for a well-forecasted hurricane, haven't done anything to survive until the last hours, then they just left everything behind without any second thoughts. And now they gonna blame Trump or Biden for this, and they will be very very proud of themselves, when they will go to vote next time. Around 80% of human beings couldn't afford to buy even only one cow like this one in the video. And who knows how many of them has been abandoned like this. typic capitalist, unhealthy, resource wasting, unresponsible and selfish mentality of america. maybe you dont like my worldview, but i speak truth, and you are very delusional if you can't see this. :)
