@@price5959 you probably used iceshock* instead of the snowgrave one. You have to reach max TP to use that spell in order to kill/freeze berdly to death. It's either that, or you messed up the snowgrave route.

this route spooked me deadass. like,, its not just killing people just like in undertale, its corrupting a otherwise innocent person into freezing citizens (who actually die instead of run away)
its so much more cruel too, instead of floating away into dust
they just slowly freeze to death, its a slow painful death not a quick one

Considering berdly died, kris and noelle will prob gonna kill all the other classmates, There are 7 classmates, we've teamed up with susie and noelle, berdly dies, there are 5 classmates left. and there are also 5 chapters left. i think we know where this is going
My best guest is in the next chapter we corrupt one more student and at the end of chapter 7 we fight the rest of the fun gang

So far snowgrave is creepier than genocide undertale... like, atleast in genocide undertale corpses don't litter the streets and you aren't manipulating a friend into killing for you...
And as the friend is a good "deer" (person) it makes u feel like a trashy pupeteer

[Soilers ahead!] In it's own twisted way, I think Snowgrave might be worse then genocide in Undertale. Yes, in genocide you absolutely did greater evil and harmed more people, but here you aren't just killing people. You are corrupting someone who is otherwise innocent, good and pure, because you're curious to see what happens. You aren't killing anyone yourself, you are forcing someone else to do it.
I am very curious on what "Snowgrave" is now
Also i think its intersting that we control kris and through kris we control noelle and both of them seem to be strong enough to fight against the control of the player in some way.

The snowgrave route is literally straight-up fucked. Like it’s one thing seeing a monster dust away, but it’s something else seeing Berdlys limp corpse.

Toby is smart. The game says your Choices don’t matter. But it didn’t say the choices of others don’t matter. And you can influence them to do what you actually want to do
The game was talking to kris on the choices not mattering cause this actually mattered and the reason why we can’t get a different ending is cause we shouldn’t get a different ending in the chapters the ending should be able to be changed in the last chapter AKA the final conclusion

But sometimes, what It really matters is the jorney to reach the Ending, not the Ending itself......
And the thing is on the steam page it says only one ending, *with a question mark.*
It is weird feeling to see such good art of a very terrifying part of the game while this calming music is playing.
"Snowgrave" route is way more darker than the Genocide route of Undertale. Your manipulating your childhood friend to straight up murder people, and caim that it's to get stronger. Later we see the afterwards effects this experience has left for Noelle. Poor girl just can't catch a break.
If the “Kris and the player(soul) are two separate entities” theory is true, than it’s not even our childhood friend. Just the friend of the kid who’s body we hijacked
Both Undertale and Deltarune are dark in their own way
@@romanfrancis1232 It's greatly possible we aren't Kris original soul. The book about soul and the fact Kris can get the soul out but still come back for it, seems to indicate that its their only soul available and Kris is forced to take it back in, else they would die.
There is also this terrible information about something wrong having happened in their childhood and Dess, Noelle sister, having disappeared or died. Add to that the new dialogue you get by going to the closed bunker, and the theory would be that something took Kris original soul and replace it by ours.
Now, link that to Birdley, who doesn't wake up because of what happen to them in the Dark World. Could it be that in the DW, they are manifestation of only their soul while the body stay behind? Then maybe, the reason Kris is opening dark fountains is because he is searching for his original soul.
The only weird part that doesn't work is that it's been only 24h, aka since the beginning of the game, that Kris act weirdly due to us.
She already has her dad in a hospital and left with an abusive mother, leave the gal alone!
It is not kris, its the player manipulating them to murder somebody.
I actually knew that deltarune is a more darker story than undertale.

Imagine Kris being forced by PLAYER to tell her to use Snowgrave. They must be absolutely WRECKED on the inside. Noelle was their childhood friend, and doing this must be absolute hell.

I literally did this route last night, and oh boy... Was it something... I was creeped out more doing snowgrave route, than I was doing undertale's genocide route
Although undertale was sadder, deltarune threw your mistakes in your face constantly
personally i started a genocide route and loaded my previous save after killing papy, and i am not touching this route after falling genocide in undertale
