for those wondering the oil refineries were not destroyed they were built for similar incidents (its literally routine safety measures) the initial explosion looks impressive because off all the flamible liquids that's only 1 tower out of hundreds. Also these facilities are massive. It will have an effect but not that much in the long run.
Ukraine has *attacked* a lot of Russian refineries. They haven't destroyed them. In fact, according to Ukraine itself, only one of them had any serious damage.
