      @@DirtFish The biggest help to the sport would be getting the ARA to respond to emails and inquiries. I've been trying to get a logbook started since October. The sport can't grow if people aren't allowed to participate.

      @@waynescott8235 Bless you for this comment. It is indeed much different than the organizations in Europe (from where I am from), the organizations here seem to forget us and kick us to the side. The sport needs new people, who are experienced and not people who used to drive with Zero cars

    That plastic reminds me of UHMW we use it to cover conveyors to prevent employees or product from getting caught in the equipment. strong stuff

    Between Dirtfish and Team O’Neil the US should be putting out some pretty damn good rally drivers in the future. Rally’s looking good in the US, wish rallycross would catch on better.

    Can you show some details on your fender liners at some point. Everyone refers to them, but I can’t find any detail videos to build our own for rally cross. Great walk through.

    Very nice video. I didn't realise you could reverse the stock intake manifold. I'd love to hear more about what it took to get that done. I think that's a good move for any of the FMIC guys.

    Great video and I’m happy you recommend the ej20 I have a factory manual prodrive, ej20 wrx sti wagon with quaife differentials all around and a dealership fitted fia certified roll cage

    A Question: when you analyze the roads of a country like Dominican Republic with the huge dips in the streets in areas, big crater type holes you can sometimes run into, huge bumpers on some roads. I was thinking if I moved there that WRX Sti really is too low to the ground. What kinds of things would need to be done to raise it high enough to not get damaged at the same time have high performance?

    What is the weight balance of the car? With the engine in front of the front axles is there the concern that the nose will dive down if the car goes airborne?

    Good video, but small correction: Reiger is very good dampers but are not used by any of the top WRC team as far as I know:
    M-Sport Ford: ZF Sachs (previously Reiger)
    Hyundai: PKM (French, previously Italian EXT)
    Toyota: BOS

    Great video! A few questions:
    What lights do you use on the hood?
    What fuel does the engine use?
    How much power is it tuned for, or does that vary by event?
    Is lack of AC an issue on hotter events? Does the car still have heat?

    Why haven’t you tried remounting the 02-07 RPG WRC wing for sidewall drag? Curious why the wing is left stock.

    Nice video ! Does the handbrake disengage the rear wheels ? Or you have to clutch while you use it.

      Yes, it disconnects the center differential to allow the rear wheels to move freely.

      We use the STI R4 plated front diff, OEM center diff and Cusco 1.5 way diff in the rear. The Motec ECU controls electronic portion of center differential.

      We don't currently have anything planned for motorsports yet, but we will have classes starting back up once the lockdown has been lifted. If we do compete in any motorsports this year, we'll make that schedule available to everyone.

    what kinda diff do u use for front,center & rear?do u use active center diff to do power split of 50:50 or 30:70,something like that?r u using carbon fiber trans shaft?also,i heard that some subaru rally cars use v-mount intercooler layout,any reason u prefer front mount?thanks for ur high quality video as always!

      We strengthen everything by welding on steel plates.

    why do 15 plus cars dont allow left foot braking? the engine shuts down when it senses lfb:( and also abs cannot be remove, engine falls in safety mode and blocks rpm at 4000 , misss my 2013:(

    How close is the Dirtfish WRX STI NR4 in DiRT 2.0 to this car in terms of power/weight, equipment, etc?

      Great question. It’s similar to Group N, but there are less restrictions, so it has the sequential gearbox, it’s lighter, has a custom wiring loom, a custom cooling package, etc.

      Yes, they are but we weld extra steel to them to give them a bit more strength.

      We are not. We've upgraded everything and installed a sequential gearbox.

    Any direction on shopping n buying rims, tires, or even brake setup for 2019 WRX? The stock 18” w low profile tires are murder and do Not accommodate the roads or certain driving styles.

      With the 34mm restrictor, it's about 290 horsepower to the wheels.
