I would claim that the credibility of Judaism principally rests on the effect that its claims have had on the world. If the claims of Judaism are true, then the “Truth” of those claims should bear out in the world at large. Look at the effect Sinai had and still has to this very moment! Not including observing the sabbath, most of the world would accept the Truth that emanates from the “so called” Ten Commandments.
Look at how the Torah seems to be pushing humanity in its moral evolution. Take slavery, the Torah doesn’t come out and say slavery is wrong because humans at the time of the giving of the Torah were not ready for that moral Truth, but it planted the seed for that Truth amongst all the rules and regulations and the setting of slaves free after so many years or giving them option of staying with their master. Until it was humans who willingly chose to abolish slavery (human trafficking in modern day notwithstanding). Would have humans evolved to abolish slavery on their own ? Maybe but my guess is without the moral Truths that were laid out in Torah and filtered through Western Civilization- it would have happened much much later than the 18th and 19th centuries.
As for another analogy, Just as scientists study the effect (or after effects) of the Big Bang but have no direct proof of its occurrence - is not Sinai a kind of revelatory “Big Bang” the reverberations of which we can still “detect” (in a moral / “Truth” seeking sense) to this very day?
I find this argument to be much more fascinating than the Kuzari argument which you seem to be describing, but with all due respect I think has weaknesses from a philosophical argumentative standpoint. (Not from a biblical criticism standpoint)
But at some point having “Faith” means believing and trusting in something larger than yourself in the face of uncertainty. Faith is a risk not a 100% pure, unadulterated certainty - and well that’s exactly the point.

Anyone who actually knows and studies Torah knows the documentary hypothesis is ridiculous, and has no grounds to stand on whatsoever in any shape or form. If anyone would like to challenge this you’re sure welcome to post your challenge here and be humiliated.

I am not trying to challenge nor argue with anyone. I am also Jewish.
All I want to say is while his approach might not fit the standard version or interpretation, I am simply very pleased to see that he proved all the points he wanted to cover to come to the conclusion that Judaism is TRUE AND REAL. So, based on the contents and conclusion, I am satisfied.

Yeah, it was a great video and showing ways why Judaism is true which it is 100% but I do like to make fun of people who hold onto the documentary hypothesis so I would love to see some nonsense comments here that can be corrected with actual Hebrew knowledge

Not necessarily, but time is objective, and is the most important element when speaking of creation, is time and its function. science research of black holes, quantum physics and string theory put a lot of questions for the western world, but none for the Hebrew nation.

Christianity as we know it today didn't derive from Paul - btw he didn't change his name to Paul, Paulos is his Greek name, Shaul was his given name in Hebrew.
But before Paul, there where myriads of Jewish believers of Yeshua living in Judaea - all of them zealous for keeping the Torah. God first shown Peter that the Gospel was going out to the nations as well as to the Jews when he shown Peter that he was cleansing the nations as well. Peter was shocked and said, "God has shown me that I should call no man unclean and that God is no respecter of persons, but in every nation he that fears Him and practices righteousness is accepted by Him." This was said both in the Torah and the Prophets that salvation was to go out unto the nations. Paul was called to turn the Jews first and then the nations back to God, from darkness to light. He taught from the Torah and the Prophets because he knew the scriptures very well.
The only reason we have Christianity today as we know it is because starting 2,000 years ago Peter gave a stern warning of what ignorant and unstable people were doing when reading Pauls letters. He said they were twisting his letters and making an error of lawlessness. The church in Rome clung to that ideology and persecuted any Christian who was keeping the Sabbath and the other "jewish laws" is what they would say. Many years later when the Protestants came out of the Catholic church to return to the scriptures only, sadly they never returned to keeping the Torah as the first century Christians called the Nazarenes were doing. They still make the same error when reading Pauls letters because of their ignorance of the Scriptures.
Judaism was rebuked by the Messiah Yeshua, saying, "well did Isaiah prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, this people honors me with their lips but their heart is far from me. In vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandments of God to hold on to the traditions of men." And he added, "full well you reject the commandments of God that you may keep your own tradition." And in another place he said, "didn't Moses give you the Torah and yet none of you keeps the Torah."
Christianity today would also be rebuked by Yeshua for laying aside the commandments of God to hold on to their own traditions. They also teach doctrines and commandments of men leading to their worshiping of God to be in vain.
It's written in the Torah, do not add to this word, neither take anything from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God. Sadly, both Judaism and Christianity falls into this error, adding and subtracting from the Commandments to teach their own doctrines and commandments of men. But it is also written, in the last days when it comes back into your heart to turn to God, to obey His voice and to keep ALL the commandments that Moses was teaching back then, then He's going to gather you out of all the nations which He scattered them to. When Yeshua returns He's gathering all His people out of all the nations. That happens when His people finally turns back to Him with all of their heart, with all of their soul and with all of their strength.
    Revelation 14:12
"Here is the steadfastness of the Holy Ones: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Yeshua."
    Revelation 22:14
"Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."
