- While we were doing the skirting underneath our mobile home, we also repaired the ripped and torn fabric that covers the 'belly' under the mobile home, as well as installed a vapor barrier under the trailer on the ground. You need to do this to yours if you don't have it already!
Glad to see you're taking the time and doing the right thing by fixing the underside of the MH. That will surely help keeping the cold air out. Nice work.
Thanks the way we try to do it is look at it if we where going to live in it
Cold air, moisture and any pest that would otherwise go right up in there
Great job you guys looks Great!
Thanks

Nice work. I am looking forward to the exterior cleaning and maybe painting. The siding is looking nasty.
Yeah, I know
i have a doublewide and would like to rip out all underbelly insulation and reinstall the underbelly. what would be a ballpark price tag. brick underpinning.
Me and Ronnie was running numbers a couple days ago on those big bricks installed somewhere between 250 and three dollars per brick is what it’s costing us and I got a discount on the bricks that is counting the footing
What tape are you using because everything ive tried eventually will not hold due to the heat
We are using button head nails to hold it in place and gorilla tape to tape this seems been a little over a year and still holding strong
We call that fabric "under-pinning".
See, we call the underpinning the actual brickwork
I always find it hillarious when people start complaining how you talk to people in a workplace, etc... I mean, here's hoping they never visit an aussie workplace, they would get shocked.
Right down to how you tend to call your boss by their first name over here (Depending on business, but I've yet to work in a place where you can't call your boss by their first name).
I keep reading in the news about how non-aussies are surprised/disgusted/confused by some of the things we aussies do, such as going barefoot outside, barefoot into shops, etc... It's like, OK!?
If people only knew
Me he quedado sin grapas senor Donnie
