Edit: I wrote something horrible and out of mind here 2 years ago. I want to change it because since then I have been doing well and I want others, you guys to feel well too. Don't worry. I am on the right track now! I used to struggle with my body image and depression for other reasons so food was my coping mechanism. At the time I was dealing with my own insude conflicts because I didn't know what I wanted to do. But after figuring out I got accepted to med school and my perception has changed. Now I am healthy and the only way I am better is through eating healthy and on time. I changed the comment because in no way I want anyone to get triggered.
Eat healthy and move more. Do not start restricting like you see people with eating disorders do. It’s an illness, not a diet.
This is a disorder and a horrible life to live. I’m telling you you will be so much happier if you just eat healthy and exercise
EXERCISE! Strangly enough it kills my appetite, also lemon water fasts are so great!
i'm sorry but that's so dumb to go and basically ask a load of people who have a disorder how to lose weight the reason we can resist the food is if we eat it we will want to off ourselves so lol sure have fun trying to get a ed xx
Person with an eating disorder here. Don't do it. Run as far away from this shit as you can. I hope you didn't get into this. It's such a miserable life to live.
The baby food has a lot of carbs u ain’t gaining weight on all those carbs
carbs don't make you fat or gain weight, it's mostly the calories that count. The only "weight" you might possibly gain is water weight, since eating A LOT of carbs can make you hold onto some water. Plus you need those carbs when you're restricting or else you would feel suuuper tired.
