How lucky are those sitting right there watching this... I watched Carrie live before. It's was one of the most amazing experiences. Country music, there's no background vocals, no lip syncing. It's live. It's raw, it connects with you. It's why I love it so much.
One of my fave songs from Play On. Love his voice (on the CD) - it really makes the song. Love the Mandolin sound. Carrie looks gorgeous in this clip. I am proud I met her a few months ago !!
Haven't heard much from "Sons of Sylvia" these past few years. Lead singer was Carrie's backup until he formed "Sons of Sylvia" with his brothers and Carrie said go for it.
@@ladylovesick Adam the one on the mandolin is my uncle his brother Asher the main singer took a record label and it threw the band apart Adam now plays in nashville not on Broadway but in local places for fun don’t think we will ever see them together again

Seems like Carrie's backup singers figure they can do quite well on their own. But once they are their own, it goes nowhere. Ashley did very well as Carrie's backup singer, but lost aurora from Carrie when he left.
Piercing words, eyes are red Watched your tail lights in the rain Empty heart filled with regret I know we were both to blame And I'm not sorry that it's over But for the way we let it end So I said all I had to say In letters that I threw away And you should know, please believe me I've picked up the phone a thousand times And tried to dial your number But it's been so long, it's never easy It's like trying to spin the world the other way What can I say? I love this song. What would make it even better is if the electric guitars were louder!
She's not off, if you just listen & watch the video again.
No doubt carrie is the best american idol.
Carrie Underwood isn't off Key, but that man is terribly off key she is singing with. That's why people think she is off key.
@@jilldurham5498yeah it's like in like in the Lizzie McGuire movie when she says sing to me piano he starts singing off key.😊

Jill durham yeah. Carrie sounds the same just like in the record
Sons of Sylvia did not promote themselves like they should have on this career changing opportunity and really missed out

@@kxltonn3971I thought you calling him Asher was an auto correct, but you’ve replied to nearly every comment, calling Ashley, Asher. 🤦
Sounds like she might be sick during this performance yet she still nailed it as usual...
