The weather is getting nicer these days, which has dieting needed.
I've been also on a diet, so I'm tired of the repetitive menus easily.
So today, I've prepared a different diet menu!
I was tired of eating the same things, so I thought it would be great for my content and I tried making some new meals. :)
It was even better than I expected!
I recommend it to those who are on a diet!

Same i really like these homey vlogs. Two of my favorite solarsido videos are the one she filmed her day off and spent the whole day in bed lol and the one she cooks dinner for byulie unnie in her pajamas, these videos are do domestic I love that vibe.
Ever since Solar-nim shared the news of cute YongDoong joining the family, I've been so eager to see them interact. YongDoong seems like an open, playful pup and loving. I'm so glad Solar-nim has more family in her life who love her and whom she can love. 👨👨👧👧🥰
I'm so happy to see this for many reasons, but the top reason is to see more fiber in Solar-nim's diet. I was worried because every time Solar-nim eats a lot of protein, but fiber is important for the gut and all the areas affected by what the gut produces. Of course I love seeing and hearing Big Yong and YongDoong too❤

Love seeing the Yong sisters sharing a healthy meal together. Dieting and preparing for a comeback must be hard and having a supportive family member cooking and sharing recipes is so comforting.

Vegetable Gratin Recipe
(Yong sisters version)
Ingredients:
Cauliflower rice
Onion
Egg
Broccoli
Paprika
Tomato
Kidney Bean
Chickpeas
Mushroom
Sweetcorn
Ragu sauce
Boiled sweet potato (as topping)
Cheese (as topping)
1. Chop all the vegetables.
2. Stir fry cauliflower rice on a non-stick pan. Put the onion, mushroom, and other vegetables in. Stir them.
3. Add the chickpeas, beans, sweetcorn. Stir.
4. Add beaten egg, stir.
5. Add the ragu sauce, stir.
6. After the sauce is stirred well, put them in a microwave save bowl.
7. Add the chopped sweet potato and cheese on top.
8. Set the microwave/airfryer to 190°C and cook for 13 minutes.
*If ragu sauce is hard to find in your location, you can replace it with bolognese sauce.
