      i have two black pairs, one white pair & an andy warhol edition. they're the only shoes i like. pedal partners approved | shoegaze proof.

    Man, I think you'd benefit from having a Boss ES-8 or something similar. It's the cheapest looper with router functionality that I know of, and a friend who has one says it's really good. Being able to change pedal order without tearing apart the pedalboard is a dream of mine but I can't really justify the expense these days. Imagine just calling up a patch to put your reverb ahead of your fuzz right in the middle of a song. You can do all kinds of crazy stuff with one of those. Plus it has MIDI to control your Timeline, etc.

    great vid, dude! have you ever tried the zoom ms-50g? there’s this channel called “shoegazer” that did a couple videos on it, and i’m really curious to see what you’d do with it.

      pedal partners dang, yeah i was worried it wasn’t gonna be my thing either. the controls don’t look very user friendly and as tweakable as other pedals. not to mention the fact that it’s digital and other pedals sound better. i’ll try it out anyways lol

      it takes abit of messing around to get use to but after a few hours its golden, the amount of quality effects on that machine is mental. you should really give it a try

    3:34 I’m confused about the order here, is it simply:
    reverb > reverb > tape delay > shimmer
    to get that effect or is there more to it than that? Like could I recreate the same effect with different pedals or do I have to have most of what’s used there?

      there's no rules! reverse reverb at the front works very well for shoegaze, try experimenting & seeing what sounds best to you :)
