I noticed that most Shoegaze chains have the distortion/fuzz at the end. Most other genres put fuzz first or second. So the trick is to add drums and lyrics to these sounds and make songs. Unless you just want to free form jam. I guess thats called bedroom noise pop.

For instance it looks like your blues driver is pretty late in your chain and you start with reverb, and a few more things. These placements have significant impact on the resulting tone and your choices are really good ambient/lofi techniques that a lot of people looking for tone tutorials might not know about. The jhs emperor is cheaper than the diamond vibrato but still pricey. A good substitute though
