Ingredients to serve 2 persons
**1 cup = 250 ml
Rice 1/4 th cup
Toor dal 1/4th cup
Green peas 1/4th cup
Carrot 1 small chopped
Beans 3 chopped
Potato 1 small chopped
Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Capsicum 1 small chopped
Tomato 1 small
Shallots 5-6 or 1 small onion sliced
Water 3 cups
Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
MTR bisibele Bhath Masala 4 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4th tsp
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies 2
Cashew
Salt
