- Rotorflight 2 is an open-source flybarless firmware which can be used with Betaflight compatible quadcopter hardware. RF2 has made huge leaps over the past few months, always striving to improve flight performance further, with the developers always listening to feedback and promptly implementing it. With the most recent alpha snapshot, RF2 has become so good that I feel it can take on any commercial FBL system, giving me confidence to make this video about it.

Wow this is a huge development, finally an open source solution which functions similarly to Betaflight. Hopefully the setup isn't too complicated.if you had a chance to share your setup steps I'm sure many would find it super useful. Thanks for sharing
Setup is still a bit intricate right now, simplifying the setup of the high speed integral is in progress. Should be fine with next snapshot

I have this problem to arm the motor The maximum frequency of the PID loop is limited by the power of the
CPU Processing. CPU load should not exceed 70% how can I solve this problem? thanks in advance for your answer
Get a better MCU? Drop the frequency?

Why the fuck can't I even do such harsh maneuvers in a Sim?!
Is reality more capable then a sim? Or is there so much skill required to do that?!
Doing those TikToks in like less 15 degrees, and accelerate that mofo to such insane speeds is impossible even with those 700 size goblins in the sim!
My omp m1 bogs down after the second hard pull on the collective, and my old 450 falcon needs alot of energy management to even do a flip after a hard brake! 😕
