I'm so glad that Pentatonix took the opportunity to record this in a church in Europe when they had the chance. Besides the atmosphere, the acoustics are so amazing, and it makes the song ring even more.
They really turned it into a lullaby style & instead of it being weird it made it more beautiful! I only listen to their version since I heard it. ❤ No, it doesn't have to be Christmas time to listen to PTX Christmas music!! Especially songs like this one. 🙂

Great reaction, they have another song of so much beauty it hurts. Like this song, your heart will swell and your eyes overflow. The song is Mary Did You Know?, a contemporary song by a country artist. Also, try Where are you Christmas?

Another Christmas song you both may like is O Come All Ye Faithful....with a bit of a PTX twist. This group has 6 Christmas albums out and will be releasing another one on October 20th...and a new Christmas song will be out tomorrow ( September 25th) called Please Santa Please.
So something very special about this song in particular.... In WW1 while the allied forces were in deep combat with the German forces on Christmas eve started to sing this song. The Germans started to sing in German with them and for one night they laid down their guns exchanged gifts and just treated each other as people and not enemies. Much love and keep on keepin on J.
