i agree that u never tell a patient that its "ok" to drink, eat bad, smoke. but there was a SATA on uworld i had and decrease smoking was there, i selected it and it was wrong. the rational said there is no direct link with smoking and this condition. i wish i remember the condition, but this was such an outlier i just brushed it off. GREAT CONTENT here!!
