My relatives were all Italian. I say were because they are all dead. So are my parents. When I used to visit my Aunties place I would never like what they made, until one day when my mother said make him Chicken Schnitzel and he'll eat it. One aunty made it with deep fried with regular vegetable oil and I loved it at 5 years of age. My other aunty not wanting to be out done, made it deep fried in extra virgin olive oil. It was funny tasting but I ate it and loved it. For years one aunty never spoke to the other aunty. They wanted to out do each other. I loved them both and the chicken they made for me too. I feel sorry for today's children. Watching this clip made me want to share this with you all.
His book is great, especially the audio version because he reads it. My 15 year old son loves this guy.

Plain pasta works - sometimes with butter, sometimes with grated parmesan, but plain pasta is always a winner.
Tom! Two words ranch dressing! Kids will eat anything if you can dip it in ranch dressing! Hell I've seen my kids just dip their fingers and lick off the dressing!

Oh btw plain pasta does exists: it’s called noodles and company. I used to work there long time ago, all the pasta taste plain. The sauce flavors mine as well be air flavored. Kids love it 😂😂😂
