there's no sodding way that's not David Cameron. It's not just the look, it's the gormless, wealthy expression. Childish amazement at the sheer "Anti-establishment-ness" of it all. Pilled up wonderment at sharing the same field with a black person. IT'S HIM, I TELL YOU, IT SIMPLY, BLUMMIN HAS TO BE!!!!!
David Cameron - Raver? Very possibly. I don't cast my votes on whether the candidate ever went raving. (wish life were that simple!) BUT- if it is him, especially this early on in the scene, he couldn't have left that party without some PLUR instilled within. And considering he's now running this country - this can only be good news imo, and he sooo shouldn't deny it now. ;-)
OMG, this video gets stranger and stranger, We have had David Cameron, Robert Webb, Andy Peters, and I just spotted Lembit Opik at 1:39 - 1:42. HAHAHA!!
Nahh, it's not him. I just spent some time comparing freeze frames of him in this video with loads of photos of him in Google Images when he was younger, and although there is a passing resemblance, the facial structure, eyes, nose and mouth simply don't match.
Seal. Paradise. He sings about future Kings and Queens at the rave where they first took the pill, or something along those lines! I'm sure there will have been many a young raver there who are now prominent figures in society today!
I acutally doubt it would do much harm. Might annoy the traditionalists but would likely boost his popularity in most demographics - ie everyone under 50.
Could well be him as he was a contempory of the young tories who ran sunrise and tried to persuade the party that Rave culture was simply an expression of entreprenurial culture! Did'nt work sadly!

In 3 years time, this footage will be 30 years old.
Take a minute to let that sink in.
Wow how cool back then. 😎 👏 ..
Cameron actually went to the International Music Summit in Ibiza last summer, coincidence? Once a raver, always a raver...
art of noise - moments in love.....amzing vid!
My mum and dad are pretty much stars of this video! hahaha
What a party, David Cameron at 0:14, followed by Robert Webb at 0:31... And no, surely not...? Andy Peters at 1:33!!!!
WOW! It certainly looks like him!
Brandon Block at 1:51.
Nothing like him - I wish it had been!
Looks like Howard out of Take that at the beginning LOL!!!
I hope it's dave

o hai david cameron
The guy at the start gets it.
Hats off to him - I can't picture Ed Miliband as a raver somehow.
Ed will have been at home doing his homework and playing with his self in the mirror🤣🤣
I have heard that angela merkel was selling tequila in this party ....but no video of her yet
Do you still have the full unedited version? thanks for posting this...
@HelterSkeltertjes
that's all very well, but 20 odd years to late, however, the early Glastonbury's were very good.
Also, Chris Langham 0:46
Dave "the Rave" Cameron
Its that bloke off Time Team ;)
I think this maybe one of the World Dance events? Recognise a few of them from other footage
AND, Robert Webb (channelling his Peep Show alter ego Jez) at 0:26
Does anyone know where was this filmed?
Art of Noise - Love (not Moments in Love as has been stated above several times)
The early part looks like him but when you see the same man at the end, you can see the differences.
@gabe25591 thats slowmo 4 ya!
0:48
When you see it, you will shit bricks.
Art of Noise - Moments In Love but not the LP version. Anyone know what mix?
if it is Dave, good for him...most of the country has now been to a rave or a festival. It's part of life.
What is the song playing called? What's similar to it?
Seal. Paradise. He sings about future Kings and Queens at the rave where they first took the pill, or something along those lines!
I'm sure there will have been many a young raver there who are now prominent figures in society today!
So funny
@MultiMcdaddy art of noise - moments in love

there's a sample that ring a bell :s
Sorted for E's and whizz, eh Dave?
What a weird video. That's our current Prime Minister at 0.13, isn't it?
your welcome

So who are these people then? And where are they now? Especially the one with jazzy cardigan! Are these the Eton boys? And what is that music?
Yeah did any one spot Jimi Hendrix?. He's the Black guy,...hahahr,
Peace*
What's this song?
Ha!
Could well be him as he was a contempory of the young tories who ran sunrise and tried to persuade the party that Rave culture was simply an expression of entreprenurial culture!
Did'nt work sadly!
dave the rave...
Good Man. But WAS that Cameron you were partying with?
Cameroonie!
oh look and theres margaret thatcher and is that a young winston churchil?
I swear I saw Tiesto in there
Is that David Cameron between 0:13 and 0:15? He'd certainly be about the right age.
His mouth is where his arse is now.
acid pills? What like rennie?
Could be him but need to do some research - find out who the other 3 blokes are in the final frame and ask them!
If it is him, his career is f****d!
Er, which fella were we talking about again? I presume not the black dude wandering through the crowd about halfway in...
So Patrick, was it Dave? haha
dunno if thats webb, he would of been 16, that guy looks older than 16 imo :S
Theresa May, is listening to her namesake Derrick andskinning up in the back of that white motor I reckon.
God the 80s looked so fucking depressing
Dave would have never been allowed to grow his hair that long, its not him.
This could be anybody, just someone who looks a bit like him. And the video is unfortunately far too degraded for a proper examination.
lmao
lolz
As much as I would like it to be him, it's just not.
Oh my. The irony of the ignorant, it's delicious.
Billy can you add me to your contacts? I need to chat to you about the footage
That aint cameron...
i prefer woodstock, real musicians with real instruments than this computer-music crap
Does anyone know if I can download this track or if its on a compilation album?
