Sanjiv Bhasin Warns Of Market Volatility Ahead: Fed's Rate Cuts & Potential Corrections|Stock Market

You did caution that this month in the runup to the elections, the market will be a little volatile.
Sanjiv Bhasin: I know it is difficult to always call a top or a bottom, but all I am saying is people have made good money. Volatility and corrections come unannounced. I am very sure that there is a lot of froth. What did the Fed do? The Fed realized the commercial market is a junkyard. If he does not cut rates, there will be defaults and it will be passed on to banks over there. So, he said rate cuts will be there. Whether he does it in June or July is immaterial. Stock markets have digested that. You cannot have all asset classes rise in tandem. Gold, silver, bitcoin, bond yields and stocks something has to give and I feel that the second half of May will see a sharper than expected correction which will weed out the men from the boys.
