Wow what an inspiring story. I was so touched when it came to telling us what you faced when Alex was 10, I was literally in tears. All power to you for accepting what life threw at you and finding that inner peace. Have peace negotiations with yourself, "Saying Chill out to yourself" , I will try and remember that.
