Well thought out layout and I thought the master bedroom with the window seat was cool then the gorgeous upstairs. Like the laundry on the same level as the bedrooms.
At first I thought this house is a bit too small. But the inside was spacious. Just make a pool in the backyard and it would be a perfect house for me👍
The soffits in the first floor ceiling weren't well thought out. It really brings down the timbre of the home. Takes it down several notches from "architect designed home" to "builder's standard."
Personally I’m not a fan of having glass on the stairways, I will rather go for something with wood or metal rails Glass just isn’t safe for me especially if you have kids

Why is it that engineer recommend glass on stairways? They did not think that if Earthquake magnitude of 7 to 9 it will break the glass.
