The biggest takeaway I get from these duo videos is to find me a wife that looks at me in the same adoration and respect that Grace looks at Justin. It’s very obvious how much she’s into her man. Love to see it. ❤

Another great video! A couple thoughts: I really like Filosofia, but when I got my 10ml of that, Day Three Fragrances threw in a 1.5ml of La Tacita de Cafe as well and I LOVE that one. In regards to Absolu Aventus I LOVE it. It's my favorite version of Aventus. The others were mostly meh to me. My wife also LOVES Absolu Aventus.

Haha I noticed that future Justin ended your rant prematurely @21:30 😂. Personally, I love your rants! I think they are always good reminders for people to not get caught up in performance, compliments, and things of that nature. I got a little decant of field notes from Paris by Ineke based off your description in a recent video. For some reason I cannot stop smelling it. I think it’s the fresh cooling quality like cold air combined with a subtle warmth that for some reason I just love. Do you have any other fragrances you can recommend that have that duality and can be described as cozy or romantic? I appreciate any recommendations :)

Fantastic video!! Oh just FYI absolu Aventus can be found consistently around $330 on Facebook groups etc. Even on some other sites less than $350.
Still too expensive in general and they should have given us the regular size bottle IMO. Thats my biggest gripe. That being said the smell is amazing
Interesting to see Platinum Egoiste getting a lot of love lately - a fragrance done very well but somehow slightly static for my taste.
Unrelated, but would you recommend Sedley or 40 Knots?
Never tried 40 Knots but Sedley is incredible. Summer freshie yet unique

Which one is better? Do they last?
@@cognacworldmusic1202 in my personal opinion, Mefisto is better, much more versatile and yet upscaling. On my skin mefisto also have a better perfomance, lasting about 8+ hours, pretty good for a fresh scent. Encre noire, despite being heavier, has really small projection in me, being a "skin scent" ever since the very first minute, lasting about 6h. Never had a fragrance like that.

Chanel Égoïste (OG) was my introduction to fragrance. My dad used to only wear it only special occasions, so the bottle lasted a lifetime with him. But when I discovered this scent and it's amazing profile, I couldn't help myself to secretely apply it on my own skin. I can 100% assure you, this perfume got me addicted to perfumery.
My dad also wondered why his bottle was going empty so fast..

You really should have Grace smell this on your skin. I love Platinum Egoiste. I sampled African Rooibos and was disappointed. The fragrance is great, but it did not work well on my skin. I do intend to try some of Collins' other fragrances in the future. Put my nose to Arabesque last week when I was in NYC, and took a small sample home with me. That may be a future purchase.

I have several Chris Collins travel sizes and they are all excellent. I was sick on NYE but sent my husband to a party wearing Harlem Nights. That may have been a mistake on my part because he texted me asking what it was called so he could tell alllll the ladies that were asking about it.

When i go to smell fragrances i just spray them in the air or inside the cap and smell it, its really usually just weird on paper so i dont do that anymore, if i like it i try it on my skin
I can't jive with Encre Noir Sport... I've given it numerous wearings... I can't say I have 10 obsessions as of lately... but I'm reeeally enjoying M. Micallef DesirToxic at the moment

To refresh the nose having some coffee beans may be a good idea.
Coffee beans are actually a bit of a faux pas! It’s simply more scent molecules going into your receptors. In my experience, it’s better to smell something more neutral like your shirt or your skin.
Anytime Grace or her sisters make an appearance i prepare for a fragrance i like to get bashed which leads me to check the details of the video. Luckily, i dont have one from this list 😅

I’m not sold on that Chris Collins rating…seemed a bit more influenced other than the fragrance/scent. I could be wrong, but that’s just my observation.
We’re not trying to sell anyone. But whether or not you’re sold, the stuff is damn good.

The best thing to do, when you’re sampling a LOT of fragrances….
Have a small amount of coffee beans beside you.
The coffee beans will, act as a palate cleanser for the nose.
( It’ll “ RESET “ the nose, if you will. )

Believe it or not, that is a faux pas. You’re actually better off sniffing something neutral, like your skin or your shirt, in order to cleanse your palate. I had Grace do that in this video, but I edited those moments out for the most part.

No such couple. Disagreeing as a couple is not necessarily a bad thing (in fact it can be healthy in a relationship), it is how they present their disagreements and manage the disagreements that matters. Many couples disagree respectfully and even joke about their disagreements.
You all hear all this "out of 10" B.S. that is going on, here? Every time that either JC or Grace say "______ out of 10", they really mean to say "compared to the immaculate conception that is Zaharoff 2nd Soul". Basically, every review that either of them are giving any fragrance is really just part of their effort to find another frag that even remotely compares to the GOAT status that is 2nd Soul, and how there are still any unspoken-for bottles of it remaining on the Zaharoff site for sale is beyond me. If you have any respect for yourself as a frag connoisseur, you NEED 2nd Soul in your collection, so that way you can compare any other scent to one of the greatest of all time. And yeah, I know, this isn't nearly as elaborate as my usual comments on here, but since Monday is MLK Day and a bank holiday, JC's weekly check to me hasn't cleared yet, I guess, so I had to restrain myself until I gets muh money. Maybe Venmo me next time, okay, JC? Cheers!

From Adamo number III is the worst, it smells a lot like a Hugo Boss fragrance I hate, II is really good and I is just good, IV and V are amazing and I like IV just a little more than V not much!
