USA - we have 26 letters
Norway - we have 29

Don't believe it unless you post a music video about it.
China has zero letters, they have over 50 000 hanzi
It's comparison between USA and norway, don't drag china into this... it's just comedy

Well, maybe not in Norway itself :) a bottle of champagne from a bar would cost no less than 500 NOK over here.
@@user-xr3rb6pn9m
Yeah but then it's a fucking shitty bottle of champagne, I mean you can technically get a bottle of bubbles at a restaurant or a bar for that amount of money in Denmark, but then you'd be better off getting a lot of beer.

Do non-Norwegians now understand why I get confused when you write O like Ø for fun?
Hæ?
sonicc cc for eksempel Hellø eller pøssesed eller høuse
Eller som de skriver i stargate sg1, stargåte 🤢
As an ashamed Yankee, the only time I'm aware of writing an 'Ø' is when I'm handwriting something that has both 'O's and '0's. then I strikethrough the zero to be able to tell the difference. This is normally for some code or model number for something. I wasn't even aware that there were people who were stupid enough to think that accented letters and foreign letters were just "fancy" ways of writing things. Then again, I really shouldn't be surprised by people stupidity at all anymore. :''-(
(Just for the record I did not vote for that giant orange cheeto turd in office. )
If it’s written in English and you see an ø, then they’re just doing it for fun.

Syllabaries are different from alphabets in that every sign is a, you guessed it, syllable. Imagine if english had a syllabary instead.

Many words writen with Æ in Danish, is written with an E in Norwegian. LIke Danish Æble, Norwegian Eple. Danish Æg, Norwegian Egg, etc...

What people here commenting fail to see; This is Norway vs. America. And just to add it; We KNOW but don't CARE about the rest of the world's bigger alphabets. It's got nothing to do with this video.

It's pointless to explain. People are too stupid to understand... I weep for humanity.

Feel the Stirn Denmark didn’t invent them, Æ is Latin meaning it was invented in Rome, Ø was invented in Rome but changed in Old Norse (pre-danish times) and Å was invented by the Germans but was adopted later by Norway, Sweden and Denmark. (Sweden adopted it first, then Norway and lastly in 1948 the Danes adopted it into their alphabet.)

Nobody takes this seriously.... This is just joking around. How low sense of humor do you have?
Almost 8 years ago I had to memorize some rules for accentuation and in portuguese, to decide if a regular
paroxytone has accentuation or not you have to look at it's last letter. The first rule is that if it ends with either A E O it is not "accentuaded" (?), but my younger brain didn't really understand why A E O and not U I or some mix. So yes, up untill today I still use this song to remember which letters, since the Æ Ø Å kinda sounds like A E O! :)
