This man is a perfect example of how living lux is actually quite simple.
I thought he'd talk about Kaiserschmarrn but I'm happy he mentioned Wiener schnitzel. He always honors his mom and his Austrian roots. Also glad he mentioned Ethiopian coffee specifically since his wife is Ethiopian.
Well I hope he doesn't referr his wife as a house keeper unless he just calls her that has a cute pet name

No pretension about him. Completely honest, relatable and likeable
He seems like generous man, he loves his food and he openly loves other chefs food with equal vigour. The way he leans into the camera fully open and friendly is adorable 🥰.

Wolfgang meant the nougat that's chocolate with ground hazelnuts because he was talking about chocolate, also that type of nougat is what you get in Austria and Germany. What was pictured was French nougat, which has no chocolate and has chunks of almonds.
