2) DSA & Web Dev are independent of each other, you don't need DSA to learn Web Dev
3) DSA can be done in any language be it C++ or Java, CZcamsrs suggest C++ more because more resource is available for C++ and also in most of engineering colleges C language is taught in first year that's why many people go with C++
@@smashbros.4544 Everyone teaches Web Dev because it is easy to learn and doesn't require any high level thinking you just need to know how to do some stuff that's why you have literal 14 year olds or school kids who can code a basic website whereas stuff like ML, DS & BC requires some very high level teaching and these subjects require either Masters or PhD level degrees to even land a job, Indian tech CZcamsrs only teach what's easy
