Backpack Bird - Get Me Outta Here!

On the way back from a 120km (75mi) EUC group ride from Toronto to Burlington and back, came up behind this dude on a scooter with a unique backpack. It caught my eye from a distance, so I sped up to get a closer look. I have no other information or context, but figured it was definitely worth sharing. Enjoy.

i have a pet parrot but unfortunately, it got a disease and it doesnot have her feathers now. whenever i think of travelling outside the country, i just think of her. in my area there are so many stray cats. i just cant leave my parrot alone. she cannot fly and she will die without me. i just want to keep her with me my whole life.

If there a smell in the bag, that means it made out of chemicals harmful to your bird. And if its warm and the sun is shin8ng on it itll release more vapors.
