- Hoi4 Germany speedrun guide on how to defeat the Allies as fast as possible in By Blood Alone / v1.12. I'm working on a longer video rn, so this is just a quick fix until it's ready.
This Hearts of Iron 4 campaign was played with all DLCs, on Ironman and historical. Technically there's a faster way by waiting for the UKs guarantee on Yugo before declaring, but you'd have to secure a port in Britain and defeat France with a single naval invasion wave of 10 divisions. Doable, but requires a lot of luck and grinding.
Why is Mr Mustache censored? - This is the German version of Hoi4 and it comes like that. And as you know I play without mods.

i rush germany and poland as ussr at mid-late 1937 and this man defeats the allies without paratroopers at mid 1936
I tried to do this and Germany eventually knocks out my airforce and my units bog down. Any advice you can give on units and production?

For those who want to attempt this: You need to have the grindset! Please know that I mean it when I say that there's lots of RNG involved. It's probably the most luck-based run I've done so far. Yugostrat can fail, landing in France can fail, invasion against UK can be blocked. And reloading does NOT yield different outcomes, sometimes even makes it worse! If one of the steps goes wrong, you need to start from the beginning again. I'm more than happy to help with questions, but do not assume that this will work on your first attempt.
Some tips:
Scout ahead with submarines to see which ports are garrisoned. The divisions don't shuffle around that much and you can always change the targeted provinced with the 'edit order' button before launching the invasion. Just be careful to not accidentally delete the invasion order right before the war and losing all planning progress. (Thank you, Mariusz Wojcik!)
You can make it easier on yourself by targeting French ports specifically and have reinforcements ready in the Channel. You can achieve that by asking Italy for Mil Access and sending divisions to one of their ports. Time it so that they are in the Channel when your invasions make landfall. You than just have to reroute them to the captured port. And, just in case, saving and reloading does not change the outcome. The French divisions only have different positions if you restart from scratch.
You can circumvent RNG by aiming the first invasion against the UK and dealing with France in a different way, for example paras to take a French port after the UK has fallen. In order for that to work you need to wait a couple of hours after getting the war goal on Yugo to let the UK guarantee them.
to anyone who is trying this in elite difficulty: it's possible, but it will be slightly slower due to the reduced political power gain and production efficiency cap (i have tried this strat in elite, it works but like m3an mentions it is quite rng heavy)

What run would you suggest for a new runner to try with less RNG?
Im having a problem wherein the uk joins the allies but doesnt join the war which makes it so that they get naval supremacy first and then joins the war, not giving me that small window of opportunity to invade them.

Array Spiking: because world tension value and associated data is stored as a list, one source country can create multiple entries in the world tension list, instead of overwriting previous value.
This is perhaps the most mathematically perfect play I've ever seen.

With the old version , I think the one before this , sweden was for some reason considered a major nation and I abused it and kept conquering more and more countries but I honestly didn't know you can make Belgium the leader of the allies . Imagine Luxembourg 😅

In order to pump up faster the number of the army in the field or numeber of the spam spam units you can convert infantry into panzer first and then back to the infrantry as panzer uses less inftantry equipment than cavalary. The draw back is bigger lost on experience. The spam deployed early can be as well converted immidietly into panzer and then back to the infantry. by doing so you can send more units to Ethopia and increase a bit word tension faster.

lol i just started actually playing this game and iv had it for a bit and im still learning like normal stuff. sea power invasions still confuse me and my mouse doesnt like drawing lines. this man just took over the damn world in like a lunch break.

In my playthrough, france capitulated at the same day they joined the allies and didnt call britain to war then i had to manually justify afterwards lol. Thanks for the video

Maybe am i wrong or im out of luck ... but is it possible that the 70/30 chance for a war goal has been patched? out of 20 runs just 1 was the Derektiv 25 ....
To my knowledge it wasn't patched. Remember that the 70/30 is an average. But 20 runs and only successful once is indeed unluckly. I'll give it a go this evening.
All those Speed Runs are about cheesing the shit out of the game but paratroopers are somehow Off Limits.

Edit: acho que tem que pôr na velocidade 1 com a marinha já pronta nos mares em que vão atuar ou em portos no mar em que vão atuar.

Well i cant do it...there are always fechies at the beach or near the beach that interrupt the forces to walk into any city.
just like that 7:02 "Dinkirk Distraction" is needed at almost everywhere at the beach.
Took me plenty of attempts to succeed, but a concentration of forces always works better. You can spread the invasion across multiple provinces, but then you only have few divisions to push towards VPs. UK always guards their coast with their navy + they have radars + intelligence, etc.
Impossible for me to get naval supremacy either on the east side of UK or in the Channel.

@m3an I've done this 3 times now and France always has units that surround my southern naval invasion/are on the coasts and just stop my naval invasions! please help this game has been frustrating the hell out of me lately.
There's plenty of RNG involved and as I've stated, the position of French divisions is what makes or breaks the run quite often. Try to concentrate motorized and some infantry at a single province with a port adjacent that you capture as well. And than speed towards VPs. But it's vital to also stage feint attacks or you'll get caught quickly.
Alternatively, wait until the UK guarantees Yugo as well, stage a naval invasion into the UK first instead of France and launch paratroopers into France after you've taken the UK. Much more reliable, but takes a bit longer because of the para research.

@@MrSADFART It's very situational. Sometimes there's a wide gap which you can just rush through like in my example, but often you have to improvise on the spot, pin divisions that would otherwise block a unit of yours on its way to an important VP.
