2024 TV-DX - Analog SECAM-colour TV signal on VHF-I band during Sporadic E propagation of 1700 km!

This analogue tv-signal made an ES-skip of more than 1700 km! To my great delight, also some SECAM-colour "fire" came thoroug! For best viewing here in CZcams, force the video quality to HD. Note that you can also add subtitling for the audio!
Receiving equipment/antennas are on a remote location because I live in a city apartment where no proper radio or TV hobbyist antennas are possible. All receivers were operated remotely, also the external tv tuner capable of SECAM-colour. Antenna for this capture was an 5 el VHF-low band Yagi. Unfortunately the screen capture video taken live over the Internet from my receiving location to my home jiggles a bit.
Analog TV from UKR: Lugansk 24 [RUS]:
- OIRT channel R2; -video carrier 59,250 MHz -audio carrier 65,750 MHz
After the movie they aired some commercials, then Lugansk 24 evening news [RUS] and finally the local weather forecast. So this is how it was there then, live local TV as aired in the evening of 4th of July, 2024. TV-DX history for records.

Actually, Lugansk 24 on R2 broadcasts in PAL. The colour on the video from the tuner is false, because most likely the tuner is based on Conexant CX2**** or Fusion BT8*8 chip, they can see colour from nothing. (SECAM subcarriers are easy to detect, at +4.406 MHz from the video carrier frequency, for example) I must say, 1TV on R3 from the same Lugansk tx broadcasts in pure SECAM, but it has less power
