Mark's playing language is unique to hear and all his own. Like a music print, if you will. I found Mark about 6 years ago and no one has touched my heart as a musician and person since then. I feel like it was a gift from Utube and since I played acoustic for years the music from Mark, lit a fire, and my standards took a turn upwards. Thank you Mark for your presence as a person and a virtuoso songwriter and a creative guitarist!!

In no artistic discipline, we must mix man: his behaviors, his procedures, etc., with his technique. In reality, the only thing that needs to be evaluated is the technique, and not the person, they go through different lanes

Pues siento decirte que te perdiste un concierto genial. Yo esta gira no tenía intención de ir a verlo, las fechas en las que actuaba en sitios cercanos no me cuadraban para nada! Pero cuando me enteré que en Barcelona empezó a comunicar que era su última gran gira busqué entradas como un loco y... UUUUfffff!!!!
Me pareció el mejor Knopfler en muchos años acompañado con una banda que suena de lujo!!!!
Pero por suerte tenemos al amigo Agustin, que hace unos trabajos enormes!!!!
Quem sabe faz ao vivo, em diversas formações,privilégio de gênios da música,diferente dos quem tem por aí.

I don't want to take anything away from a GREAT concert but I'm sure it's the only time many in the audience will get to see Mark and not get to hear Sultans of Swing? I know I artists get tired of playing the same hits over and over but if I were there I would have felt a little cheated. :-)
I think as he is getting a little bit older it’s getting harder to play. It’s unfortunate but i think it’s the case. I believe he could play it fine but maybe he wants to move on to other songs.
