Stevie Nicks, has always been my role model. I was born in March 1972 and ever since that day she has been my go to when I needed advice, she has been with me through an abusive marriage, and many broken 💔 s. I have always wanted to see her in concert but never had the money to purchase a ticket. Thank you Stevie for being a part of my life, even know you never met me. The song that I love the most is wild heart . Sincerely Tina.
I only got to see her because of my sister. She and her husband had tickets to a small venue and their friends had two extra tickets to the same concert so my sister asked me if I wanted hers 🙄 She was in row 4. I was directly behind her in row 5. Excellent concert. I can never thank my sister enough.
I was so fortunate to see Stevie Nicks years ago at the Buffalo auditorium and again years later in the 80's at Weedsport NY speedway. I was all set to see her in Albany NY when it was canceled due to a power outage, She is absolutely the best performer in this world.
I've loved Stevie Nicks since I was little. I got to see Stevie and the Pretenders in concert. Great, great show!!!!!! She's the best!!! I have a huge respect for Stevie. She's a one-of-a kind! She put on a fantastically, wonderful show. I'm so thrilled I got to see Her. She is a rocker woman!!!!! Shes VERY intelligent!

Got to meet her mid eighties pulled up in a limo, offered to share a joint, I politely "no thanx", my girlfriend was dating another singer we were threw a new year's party at his estate in Malibu. I am a big fan, great voice music!!

Just finished watching the last episode of the TV-series Jones&The Six. As I already in the first episode could relate to Stevie & Buckingham, Fleetwood Mac as I attended one concert once. She is really one of a kind🤭💜🙏

Stevie nicks is not the only woman inducted twice into the rock and roll hall of fame. Both Carole King and Tina Turner are equally inducted twice in the rock and roll of fame and both Carole King and Tina Turner have done more to promote rock and roll than Stevie nicks could ever imagine in her dreams. And her solo albums are nearly identical to her stuff with Fleetwood Mac. But overall the sound of Fleetwood Mac including Stevie nicks follows pop music rules more than rock and roll. So please update your video to include the true rock and roll icons Tina Turner and Carole King.
Stevie was the FIRST woman to be inducted into the hall of fame twice. Both Tina and Carole were inducted after 2019. While both Tina and Carole have made tremendous contributions to rock music, Stevie has had more hits, has been named the queen of rock and roll by Rolling Stone magazine, and continues to perform. Stevie’s song Edge of 17 is a true rock song. Definitely not main stream pop.

Sure Stevie nicks has written maybe 1 or 2 number one singles ; it is equally true that many of her hits were written by other songwriters like her single " talk to me" . Carole king on the other side has at least 10 known number one singles and many have been number one repeatedly by various different artists such as the locomotion. And Carole king has broken many glass ceilings for women in rock and roll music. She wrote and arranged the very first number one billboard song " will you love me tomorrow " that was recorded by an all black female group making it possible for future girl groups like the Supremes, destiny,s child etc. To have hits. Carole king's tapestry album also became the first diamond selling album for a woman period as well as becoming the biggest selling album of all time until Michael Jackson's thriller album. And prior to Carole king, female rock/pop/ soul acts never got the big record contracts like their male counterparts such as led zeppelin , Marvin Gaye, and the Beatles because woman then didn't write, arrange, produce, play an instrument and vocals on albums like Carole king did. Carole was the first woman to do that and as a result Carole king had multiple number one best selling billboard number one albums proving to the record executives that a woman could achieve the same success as any male act. Because of Carole king's shattering of many of rock and rolls glass ceilings against women , female acts started to get the same respect and major record contracts and the first 2 were a disco singer named Donna summer and a rock group named Heart. Stevie nicks in other terms would not have even gotten into Fleetwood Mac if Lindsey Buckingham did not promote her as much as he could because Fleetwood Mac did not want Stevie nicks. Because they had Christine McVey. (Who by the way has stated Carole king is one of her inspirations) . So Stevie nicks isn't the feminist she claims to be since she got where she is today by backup and intervention of men like Lindsey Buckingham.
So yes , it's wonderful that you are a fan of Stevie nicks as she is a fantastic singer in her own right but Stevie nicks is not in the same league as true rock icons as Carole King and Tina Turner. If it had not been for the glass ceiling shattering of female double standards accomplishments by both Carole King and Tina Turner for all the female artists that followed them, then most female acts including Stevie nicks may not have had the opportunities that made them rich and famous.

Tina Turner wasn't a song writer first of all. She was a great performer. Carole King didn't have a great voice but wrote some beautiful songs not only for herself but many other artists. She's only 5'1" so wearing the platform boots would be a given. I remember I met a friend girl and attempting to bust a move, I walked up on her and noticed she was working in stacked heels making her look 5'5" and medium height for a woman ,then I just asked how tall are you and she knowing I was reeled in said 5'1" so what the hell I went for it. I've dated shorties before, hell my ex-wife was 4'11" another fiancée was 5'2" and on and on.
