    Yes D,
you need to get a solicitor on this matter right away.
    Basically they
’are trying to fob you off’ without properly apologising and also COMPENSATING YOU FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND OVERHANDED TREATMENT OF YOU BY APPLYING EXTREME LEVELS OF PERSONAL SEARCHES ON YOU WHEN CLEARLY THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY LAWFUL SUSPICION OR EVIDENCE.
YOU NEED TO TAKE OUT A PERSONAL GREIVANCE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE FEMALE STAFF MEMBER WHO HAS CLEARLY TRIED TO VICTIMISE YOU FROM THE ONSET.
    All the best

It appears that the agent, or "head" as I presume, is engaging in a cover-up on behalf of other agents, likely due to the potential damage it could cause to their reputation. They probably want to conceal their actions until some form of evidence can be presented. Their response in that letter and their behaviour are totally UNACCEPTABLE, and I strongly suspect that they are treating others in a similar manner as they have treated you. Your going to win, by the respondent avoiding the main parts means they know it was wrong/unjustifiable & do not want to get caught up in those wrongs especially as there is visual evidence (I. E email correspondence) the respondent wants to maintain their friendships with those who were severely unprofessional & broke code of conduct i.e. doing them a nasty favour by over looking your complaint & trying to cover it up in a very 'political' way. Prioritise your complaint going forward making sure to highlight the corruption/miss handling of upmost importance to you. As you have seen they used your email/letter against you by responding to the parts that they can have excuses for/or that they can cover up more easily. You shall win, all their cards shall come toppling down in the name of the most high, I decree & declare it & where two or more are gathered so shall it be🎉

Bottom line: degrading and disgusting treatment. I wondered when they were going to use the word " misunderstanding " so very British.Sue them and don't contact them again. Seriously what do you expect to happen if u contact them again???? More of the same BS. Make sure you appoint the appropriate solicitor.

The quick response might not be as you wanted, however you have to admire the British Border Force system. The Brits have clear rules/procedures and systematic way to lodge a complaint and appeal their decision. Even though the Border Force agents who inspected you could be described as “unprofessional”have you seen videos of people who had the unfortunate experience of interacting with border agents in some African countries?

The typical waste letter from their system even when they' are clearly in the wrong.......if you can find a lawyer your best chance is legal action and hopefully an 'unbiased ' court.....or just get a lawyer to send a letter regarding their abuse and defamation of your character and see if it brings a correct response

This was done to me at the Miami Airport. They brought a dog to me and told the officer to get it away from me.
When asked why I was singled out for a search, I was told that I’ve been traveling every week back and forth to Jamaica.
I said, all you had to do is ask. I am a business woman.
I see no reason why they would have a valid reason to strip search you. I would be outraged as well. That’s so humiliating! Definitely seek legal advise as quickly as possible. ❤

I'm wondering if they taped/recorded your entire incident. If you find a good lawyer, ask him/her to inquire about that and if they did to request a full copy of the that video/audio recording. Just a thought.

Good morning first I don’t believe that you go about your complaint in the proper manner making accompany on your own they will not take it seriously you should have an attorney make that complaint watching your previous video and the things that have mentioned in your video. It doesn’t seem like you have made a proper complaint to them. I heard you spoke about some personal things that they have done to you like moving your clothes and and also physical search, those complaints should be made through an attorney by you making the complaint they will not honor it at this point they are just listening to you complain just like many others what you have needed was a civil right attorney because I believe they have violated your right I have been through similar experience, visiting Jamaica, where my mom originally from not as dramatic as yours, where my shoes was cut into and my suitcase was totally destroyed by them. I called my attorney and they replace my shoes on my suitcase. Also just to be clear with you. This type of search has conquer every day. It’s the way how they approach you and it seems like the office was very unprofessional and I don’t believe they have follow proper procedure

Typical response very dismissive as usual this is why people don’t bother complaining because nothing happens but I definitely think you should take it further best of luck ❤

I think you need to focus more on core of the issue in that use the legal term of race and sexual harassment. Your case is here and forget about other minor issue. I think is all about Equality Act 2010. Put it to them directly that you was specifically treated different because of your race and colour. Again, the level of the search the (strip) is sexual harassment. That is it.

Total lack of accountability. There are organisations in the UK who deal with these issues. I understand you will pursue this through the legal channels and our people from the diaspora need to know what could happen while traveling back to the UK. Your followers must share the video to bring awareness. Wish you well. Praying for justice for u.
