This dude cool as hell man… straight up just get outside, everyday , doing something cool , cooking badass grub , building houses on his own land. I’m doing it wrong
Good morning Baron family ☕️ I did everything the same... except I made Jack Daniels compound butter, injected the same way... it was definitely worth the effort, no leftovers. Have a blessed day
I was thinking that maybe when you have time you can make a cut out in your smoker and install a sliding rack so you won’t have to go inside as much. I think that would be really convenient. You can also have some channel lock pliers or clamps near so yo can clamp close the pots. I mean rocks are good too but I just though maybe some ideas help a little. By the way I really enjoy watching your channel. Thanks Jeff.
I did venison burgers a few years ago with Lipton onion soup mix and I can tell you this if don't use enough meat it will be too strong. One package of Lipton will season 3.5 lbs of meat. I did two lbs and it was too strong. Pretty good flavor just don't use the whole package if you're only feeding a small family. Otherwise the package would do 4lbs fairly certain.
Jeff your the man. , hell of a worker , build anything, fix anything, cook anything to perfection, and most of all. One awesome Dad. With your daughter. We enjoy the videos. Keep em coming
Used to bbq a turkey every wensday for my employees that were building air conditioners on the assembly line. All the surrounding factories were jealous. Oh the smell for hours.
I thoroughly enjoy watching ya'll making vittles in your kitchen, it just makes me just plain hungry for things that I haven't had for awhile. Many thanks for sharing this with us, appreciate ya'll.
LIP SMACKIN GOOD TOO 👍 👌 ! MOUTH WATERING BEAUTY! GORGEOUS COLORS! THANK YOU ! BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! GOD BLESS YOU ALL ALWAYS ON YOUR JOURNEYS ! ENJOYED !
My sister dated a West Point graduate years ago from Louisiana and brought up a smoked turkey. God, it was terrific. Never lost the recipe or how to cook it. Great video!!! Brought back some great years! Keep up the great videos!!!🧐🌲🎣👍
Man! That looks like some good eatin' right there boy. You gotta make sure you get some photos of all the food on the table with that turkey as the center piece for Thanksgiving. 👍😉
Jeff you and Hannah rock. Long time subscriber. I made this bird for Thanksgiving and the only difference I did was a dry brine before hand all else the exact same. Nothing left but bones was a huge hit. Super moist and tasty!! Thank you. keep it up.
That's a turkey I'd like to try! Don't have a smokehouse here in the suburbs of S.E. Michigan, but when I move up north and get some property, that's going to be at the top of my to-do list! Cool vid!
Hey Bro Jeff Love to watch you two I watch all your vids I can find I Love to cook and I preserve (can) everything Maybe a canning video is in the future LOL out to yous from E Dublin Ga.🙏🏼🤠 bout as well leave that rock in there😂
Very well explained, great seeing you stuff the turkey, then smoke it in your homemade smoker shed! Yes I could smell it, it was looking very good, just when I was weighting for you to slice, & treat it you were gone with the bird filled with good stuffing. I hope it was a hit for the family, & any friends. Love you guy’s, & your channels, be safe, stay healthy, God Bless everyone have a early thanksgiving meal !
I pressure cook my turkey about 20 min. Before I put it in the smoker then I place it on a cookie Sheet and as it smokes it dries the skin out to a perfect texture. This will cut your cooking time down by hours and your turkey will be super moist hope it works for you. Pop Howe
Dale's garlic salt butter my kind of guy I like wild turkey don't have to do much to it to make it taste really good it already tastes smoked just cooking it
I just watched your video, and I love it! I come just imagine how wonderful it smelled! Though I might add some cornbread in the bottom where the juices are and make me some stuffing! Thanks Jeff!
As soon as you took it out of the SmokeHouse to put in the roasting pan my mouth started watering. No I got to go make something to eat but it won't come close to looking that good. Love your cooking vids.

Our bbq pit would be big enough for at least four turkeys that size. Course it is made out of two old bathtubs hinge welded together.
