Good morning Baron family ☕️ I did everything the same... except I made Jack Daniels compound butter, injected the same way... it was definitely worth the effort, no leftovers. Have a blessed day

I was thinking that maybe when you have time you can make a cut out in your smoker and install a sliding rack so you won’t have to go inside as much. I think that would be really convenient. You can also have some channel lock pliers or clamps near so yo can clamp close the pots. I mean rocks are good too but I just though maybe some ideas help a little. By the way I really enjoy watching your channel. Thanks Jeff.

I did venison burgers a few years ago with Lipton onion soup mix and I can tell you this if don't use enough meat it will be too strong.
One package of Lipton will season 3.5 lbs of meat.
I did two lbs and it was too strong.
Pretty good flavor just don't use the whole package if you're only feeding a small family. Otherwise the package would do 4lbs fairly certain.

I use about 2 1/2 lb hamburger, about a lb pork sausage, one pkg onion soup mix and what ever else strikes my fancy. Those burgers are great.

Yes I could smell it, it was looking very good, just when I was weighting for you to slice, & treat it you were gone with the bird filled with good stuffing. I hope it was a hit for the family, & any friends. Love you guy’s, & your channels, be safe, stay healthy, God Bless everyone have a early thanksgiving meal !

I pressure cook my turkey about 20 min. Before I put it in the smoker then I place it on a cookie Sheet and as it smokes it dries the skin out to a perfect texture. This will cut your cooking time down by hours and your turkey will be super moist hope it works for you. Pop Howe
