    Quick extra tip: when coating your chicken pack in and squeeze the flour on to it to give it a better crust after its coated and packed tight enough for your liking shake off any excess flour, this ensures that the loose flour doesn't get into your oil and burn and makes sure your chicken is coated with nice packed in flour giving it a nice crispy outside while trapping more juices inside
    I loved this recipe. Amazing job, I look forward to more content!

    Those cook times are subjective. Granted, I did one by one, with digital thermometer. Winglets max out at 3.5m, drums ~5m. Essentially if lets say temp is 170C, it will drop to around 160ish. Once its start to rise and is around 170 again, its good to go.

    Looks tasty! How long do you suggest the breasts be cooked (both sessions)? Thanks for sharing!!

    • @calebdoan5540
      @calebdoan5540 Před rokem

      Its completely based on how big your chicken breasts are and whether or not you butterflied them to make them thin
      If they are thin piece (about 1-1.5 cm thick) you can fry to golden and crispy at a high temp
      If they are thick choose a low-high to medium-low temp and fry slowly for about 15 mins (again it could be more or less depending on how big the chicken is).
      Once you are sure that it would be cooked turn the heat up and fry till desired colour and crispiness
      I apologise for being able to add temperatures since I do not know if you use Celsius or fahrenheit. I also apologise if you only wanted a reply from the video creator
      just a little tip for the breasts, Try and pack in the flour hard (so squeeze with your hands) and then shake off excess flour. this helps keep in juices with a nice crispy exterior, It works best with chicken breasts since they get dry easily

    Bro, you didn't peel that yellow stuff of the end of the leg? "Come own Daaawg" lol

    • @nickysunshine8734
      @nickysunshine8734 Před 6 měsíci

      Yea…that’s a must!!! I stayed up until almost 1am seasonings 36 drumsticks for my Christmas dinner party! Peeling off the yellow stuff @ the end of the leg task time, BUT it’s a must for me! Also, I ensure no feathers in sight. I’m looking for new ideas…since I usually don’t use buttermilk. His way of doing it looks amazing otherwise 😊
