Honestly, I have the LE PLIAGE ORIGINAL L TOTE BAG in Canvas and that’s more comfortable to carry because the handles are longer. This one, since it’s coated canvas, it’s sturdier which is great for an office bag. I just wish the straps were a bit longer.
@novianne7084 I have the large le pliage canvas tote with zipper, which is the same size as the coated leather, and it has a longer handle drop. I like the open tote for work because I can put my stanley 30oz tumbler inside, with a bit of the straw sticking out.

Hi there! Handle Height is 18 cm / 7.1 in. I can wear it over the shoulder although it’s hard when wearing a thick coat. 😊
I thought the Le Pliage City is a supposed to be a zipped tote? It looks like an open tote with just the flap in the middle?
This one is an open tote, yes. There’s another one with a zipper which is also called Le Pliage City Tote
