Longchamp changed Le Pliage Cuir AGAIN in 2023. Goodbye, Metis leather! Hello, Cowhide. 🤯

I am at the Longchamp boutique and they have done an entire overhaul of this line.
1. first of all, this line is now in cowhide. it's no longer being done in metis leather or lambskin.
2. it now has an adjustable nylon webbing strap
3. the front panel no longer has seams.
4. you no longer can fold this bag. there is no popper button on the back of this bag.

That bag is beautiful! The size looks great for an everyday. I just picked up a CUIR in the large size and hope to upload a video review soon. I love the soft leather.

I'm not sure about how I should feel, it's look beautiful as always but this is more expensive than the previous version and the strap is not even in leather. Is cowhide is more expensive than metis leather?

Metis leather is not discontinued they are just not using it for this line anymore
